The hotel was good but the location was not accessible by car. you have to walk but overall the hotel is a good choice

Got bitten by one of the stray dogs in the complex. The staff was very helpful and friendly, The rooms are very basic

No hot water facility in the room like no geyser in the room tv wasn't working only the location is best for other activities

Though not an absolute place to stay in terms of the facilities like hot water, ac, cleanliness etc, yet the option of staying there could be seriously evaluated as the staff is extremely friendly. Plus the location of the hotel vis-a-vis closeness with the jetty makes it strategically very comfortable.

At walkable distance from the jetty, this place offers a scenic view of the sea. The caretaker of the property, Karthik is kind and helpful. Kayaking kind of starts from their courtyard. For Scuba, kayaking, elephant beach activities booking is available nearby. We took help from Umair, and the experience was wonderful and budget friendly.

Perfectly placed at the kayaking point, with stunning sea views, welcoming staff, and just a stone's throw from the jetty.

The room is very clean and the location is near to jetty with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff are friendly and i had a comfortable stay. The only problem is there is no geyser in the washroom

I found this hotel via Make my trip....I was worried about my stay in the peak season of Dec-Jan.. but after all I got a nice stay...Nice place near Laxmanpur sunset point......Neil island.

Pros: near to jetty, sea view cons: bad food, toilets not clean, smelling water and overall cleanliness not great

The location was excellent. The food and hygiene however weren't up to par. The bedding was smelly and unwashed. The washrooms weren't clean and there was no hot water. The staff was polite.

Location, services, views are good. Lunch is cheaper at walking distance. Overall we experienced a nice stay here.
