No hot water no room service tv was not working

Most pathetic place you could stay in Blr. They will literally yell at you when you checkin after 10pm

Subject: issue with hotel cleanliness and amenities dear makemytrip team, i recently booked a hotel through your platform, but i am extremely disappointed with my experience. 1. The bedsheet and pillow covers in my room are not clean, and it seems they haven’t been changed from the previous guests. Additionally, there is no staff available to assist with this issue. I have tried calling the hotel multiple times, but there has been no response. 2. The mobile charger switch in my room is not working, which is causing inconvenience during my stay. I kindly request you to take immediate action to resolve these matters. I expect the hotel to provide clean linens or arrange a room change as soon as possible, and to fix the issue with the mobile charger looking forward to a quick resolution. Thank you, mohit gupta

There was no hot water in bathrooms

The room was clean and neat. The location was convenient for me. The staff were polite and helpful, they even extended our check out by an hour when we requested

The stay was good, the map can be updated though. The caretaker there was very nice and generally friendly. Overall the stay was good.

All things were great but the hot water was not at all functioning. Everything else was good. The rooms were clean, the staff was responsive and the location is near to many good cafes and restaurants.

My overall experience at Moois residency is good.only drawbacks are the room felt little too congested and the lift is terrible I would give 3/5 overall

Nice room and clean bathroom. Good location with nearby market which helps and there is no canteen facilities. Need improvement to provide clean bedsheets, pillow covers or comforter covers.

Tv was not working and even after complain it was not resolved. There was some stinking smell in the room
