Had an amazing stay! Everything about Monte Verde was perfect, and thanks to MMT for making it such a wonderful experience. The facilities were excellent—truly the best stay ever.

The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant for breakfast. And top of that service is really poor. If you ask for normal drinking water or regular toiletries, they are not responding.

*Title* : Worst Experience Ever – Highly Disappointing Stay at Monte Verde, Dehradun My stay at Monte Verde, Dehradun was an absolute disappointment. The room quality was terrible — it had a foul, unpleasant smell and no windows or ventilation at all, making it suffocating and unbearable. It felt more like being trapped in a closed box than staying in a hotel room. The lift was not working, which was extremely inconvenient. To make things worse, the basic amenities that were clearly mentioned on MakeMyTrip — like toiletries and complimentary mineral water — were completely missing. There was no support for food or even basic service throughout the stay. This property is completely misrepresented online and does not deliver even the minimum comfort or hygiene expected from a decent hotel. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking Monte Verde, as it’s a waste of money and a highly unpleasant experience

It was a fabulous stay, staffs were excellent. Food was nice. Overall it was worthy.

Overall experience was mixed. Property seems to be new. No proactiveness of staff to welcome the guest, no readymade tea facility in the room, morning bed tea order starts after 8 am, complementary breakfast was arranged in another hotel of the same group for which there was lack of guidance from hotel staff. Hotel staff need to be trained.

Property good but maintance poor some items not available in room,restaurants not in Property and checking time 1pm but we wait 1:30 hour Bisleri water not provid tea items not in room towels not in room iron not available lot's of things missing in room restaurants far-away

The hotel room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the view from the window was stunning. Overall, a very pleasant stay
