The place was reachable from the key landmarks. Nice to stay for a short period. All the basic requirements are in place for guests in 2bhk flate including kitchen accessories. I found this on the makemytrip site & as promised i found the same delivered.

Property location is very convenient and very easy to reach, entire staff are very helpful and property is well maintained

Stay was booked at misty blue apartments as shown in the picture. When we reached the place, the owner said he was not aware of the booking, so the booked apartment is not available and he would provide in another apartment close to the one booked. We agreed and the other apartment was reasonably good, clean. But the problem was it had underground parking. There are lots of rats in there. Unfortunately, next morning we saw that the fuel pipe of our brand new car was cut by rats to a great extent. By gods grace we missed a great mishap. But had to suffer a lot due to this inconvenience. Our holiday was spoilt. My opinion is that how the owner can say he was not aware of our booking, when we did the booking 2 days earlier. This is quite unprofessional.

Very clean, neat and spacious, well maintained facility, peaceful neighbourhood, highly recommended for family groups.

We stayed for 3 days. The apartment was well maintained, clean and quiet. Location was great with all good restaurants in the vicinity were able to deliver within 30 minutes. Overall we had a very good experience

Everything is fine but few things are not there like iron, iron board, etc. Actually they should provide some more basic things like utensil cleaning powder/detergent, lighter, shampoo and shasche etc, these things are not expensive ( approx rs10 per day max) but add to it's value.

I stayed at this property before when the prices were half that we paid this time around and following amenities were removed from the flat despite prices being increased; 1. There were no amenities provided in the kitchen thay were provided last time around and had to ask for each and everything and the response from the staff was pretty rude 2. We had to ask for towels and bed linens which were provided previously 3. One of the bathroom ceiling was leaking and when asked about it from staff, got pretty rude and nonchalant response and the issue was resolved overall, they have almost doubled the prices but have removed the amenities which were provided before and the staff response were also lacking in terms of speed and trying to resolve the issue. So increase in price meant decrease in customer service which is unacceptable. Would not recommend anyone this property

We stayed in this place for 1 night. I am from bangalore and i needed to stay in the bannerughatta area for 1 night for personal work. The place is clean and almost all things are working. But we felt our experience could have been better on few things - 1. The google map shows a building called 'sai nivas' when you put misty blue villa. But the original location of the building is little more inside from bannerughatta road. Another 5 min walking from sai nivas. 2. Although we booked 3 bhk, we found that the third bedroom is locked. After asking the security they opened the bedroom. 3. I couldn't connect to wifi after getting the password from security. 4. Kitchen was available to use, but there was no gas. After asking multiple times we got the gas after couple of hours. 5. Although check out time is 12 noon and i can see late checkouts are available at the time of booking as extra perk of our room. But the security person came at 11-50 am and told blatantly 'checkout ka time ho gaya. 6. Breakfast was included in our booking. No one even bothered to ask about breakfast at all! but good thing is we were able to do an early check in (2 hrs prior. Overall i would say avoid this place. You will get other hotels etc near by.

Good staff and friendly Service.

We were 4 adults and 2 kids booked a 2 bhk and we got a free upgrade to 3bhk. Comfy sofas and bed. They also had fridge, oven, stove, chimney, kettle and vessels so had a home like ambience. Staffs were not very friendly and free breakfast comes with only one single plate of breakfast items, like 2 idly/ person or 3 poori, had very limited menu for breakfast. I was told we have to pay extra for the extra food, we order but during checkout I was not charged anything extra. Kudos for that, easily locatable. We ordered food from Swiggy, delivery person reached our flat without any problem, found 2-3 cockroaches in the kitchen, which was very disappointing. Apartment was very clean still. No soaps, shampoo, toothpaste. Heater and air-conditioning was awesome. Very calm ambience, no traffic in and around the building so, you can relax. Nearby there are restaurants, supermarket, sweet shops. I stayed here for 3 days. Overall good stay we had. Kids and my family were happy with this place.
