– Avoid at All Costs

This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The apartment was completely misrepresented in the listing. The fridge was infested with cockroaches, making it disgusting to use. The washroom was extremely unhygienic and on top of being dirty, the flush tank didn’t auto-fill, so I had to manually fill it with a bucket every time. The utensils were old and clearly not maintained. The building itself looked run-down and neglected. Avoid this place if you value cleanliness, comfort, or basic functioning amenities. Not worth the money or the stress.

soloI found the location the stay very unsafe and not secure. This is just a few rooms on the top of a pharmacy. There is no main door or a reception or any guard at all. Nearby during the day there is a running meat market downstairs and the area stinks. It feels like a very cheap place to be staying at. Additionally, the caretaker had not removed the used towel nor replaced the water bottle. I doubt if the place was cleaned. I ended up moving out in the evening itself as I found the place absolutely unsuitable for a solo female. It’s like in the middle of nowhere and very very noisy in the day, unlike some of the other reviews.

Location of the property- not so great. But good if you have no high expectations. Reachability- good cleanliness and maintenance-well maintained swiggy orders-easily deliverable parking - available with adjustments overall experience is very good.

We have been fooled by the fake photos. There was no tv, no water purifier, wifi was not working. No gas stove instead an induction stove was there. There was fungus spore smell inside the room felt like has cleaned the room just before we entered. The water dispenser was filled with algae. We stayed here for 6 hrs and left the place early morning

The stay was superb, excellent, fantastic

I really loved the place it was fully furnished and a totally private place, since i was on a business trip i felt like a vacation, the workstation was awesome and the wifi was really strong i was able to reply to all my urgent mails and google meet very easily, rooms were so clean and well maintained, and thanks to manager naveen for giving the checkin so nicely and was available for help anytime needed. Thanks will visit again
