Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at this hotel near Calangute and Candolim beaches. The location is lively and easily accessible, perfect for exploring Goa’s vibrant coast. Rooms were large, spotless, and very comfortable. The food was tasty, and the staff went out of their way to prepare customized meals for our baby, which was a huge help. Service was quick and friendly throughout, and the swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended for families and beach lovers!

My stay at Meritus Hotel was truly peaceful and relaxing. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable, making it a perfect getaway. The hotel staff were very responsive and provided quick support for even the smallest requests, which made the experience even smoother. The best part, however, was the food — delicious, well-prepared, and full of variety! Overall, a wonderful and satisfying stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent Stay
Even before boarding, I had a positive experience — though I had missed my booking modification date, the staff happily helped me make the change on request. Overall, the staff is courteous, and the quality and taste of the food are great. Their hill-view rooms are especially nice, surrounded by coconut trees, while the other rooms don’t really offer such a great view. Another plus is that the property is close to a prime location, which makes it quite convenient.

Personal touch and hospitality was good
We were nicely welcomed. Also, I have requested for a cake for my daughter, which was arranged from outside due to no bakery in the premises. HOSPITALITY and personal touch was out of the box. It’s a beautiful property. We will come back soon.

Brand new and amazing property
I really liked this property. We came with friends. We stayed for two nights. The hotel has been renovated with new colors and designs. The hotel has been renovated in a new style. It opened six months ago. The food was also very good. I have also booked a family stay for the month of August.

All was good but there was an instance where my friend had fallen sick and he had to order home cooked food .We did that and when the food arrived I told the de delivery partner to handover the phone to the Security, the security till the end did not speak to me. Neither he took the call from the delivery partner. I was 40 km away from the hotel. I called the reception and requested, and at the same time also told them to do this as I will have to travel hundred kilometres too and fro for this. Not exaggerating. I actually had to come all the way to the hotel to get the parcel picked up, not a kind of service. I expected. Will neither recommend anybody nor tell them to visit this place again. Some staffs were very very friendly, but because of these two people, the entire service was letdown

Our front office followed policy by not delivering outside food but did offer help, including arranging a doctor or bringing medicines, before the call was disconnected. We’d also like to share that we offer home-style meals from our in-house kitchen and often prepare custom meals for guests, especially for infants, based on parent instructions. While we’re glad some of our staff left a positive impression, we regret that this incident impacted your experience. We hope to welcome you again with improved service.
