All was good but there was an instance where my friend had fallen sick and he had to order home cooked food .We did that and when the food arrived I told the de delivery partner to handover the phone to the Security, the security till the end did not speak to me. Neither he took the call from the delivery partner. I was 40 km away from the hotel. I called the reception and requested, and at the same time also told them to do this as I will have to travel hundred kilometres too and fro for this. Not exaggerating. I actually had to come all the way to the hotel to get the parcel picked up, not a kind of service. I expected. Will neither recommend anybody nor tell them to visit this place again. Some staffs were very very friendly, but because of these two people, the entire service was letdown

Thank you for your feedback. We regret the inconvenience caused during your stay. As per our internal review, only two soft drinks were ordered during your 3-day visit. Our front office followed policy by not delivering outside food but did offer help, including arranging a doctor or bringing medicines, before the call was disconnected. We’d also like to share that we offer home-style meals from our in-house kitchen and often prepare custom meals for guests, especially for infants, based on parent instructions. While we’re glad some of our staff left a positive impression, we regret that this incident impacted your experience. We hope to welcome you again with improved service.
