Receptionist Behaviour is good, he was very helpful. He arranged jeep safari and camel safari. Evening cultural programme was literally fair and enjoyed. Breakfast was good. Thank you.

Pros, 1) The host and service staff were supportive and responsive 2) Immediate check in, no waste of time 3) Cultural program & dance show were good, representing Rajasthani folks Cons, 1) Rooms (Tents) were worn out material, multiple spots for entry of insects. Had to sleep by putting ear plugs 2) Drainage Smelling 3) Foods were so normal like Dhaba style 4) Small dining area comparatively numbers of occupancy 5) The host has confirmed to arrange some accommodation for the driver but not fulfilled, however this wasn't a part of the package but if so, he shouldn't have promised to accommodate. Overall experience is just average...!! Thank you...

Good service and hospitality...budget friendly desert camp

Food is Testy.. cultural program is best.. desert safari is best safari... I recently stayed at melody moon resort, and I have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

Average room facility poor management high price compared to facility average cleaning and hygiene,

Unclean sheets. No shampoo, no wifi, no slippers

We stayed for 2 days, the experience was amazing staying in a dessert camp, location wise it was good but there were no amenities & if you planning to come here in feb you will find less crowd, so sometimes u feel scary n all alone so better plan in the month of dec, jean food was average. My overall experience was superb, amazing, enjoyed the trip

Location is within reach and resort is situated right next to the main road. Hotel staff is quite polite. Desert safari was okayish. We were in a group of three person, so additional mattress was provided but it's quality was very poor. Food quality is also not good, no authentic rajasthan food was provided as promised. Cultural night was also not upto the mark.

Loved the camp experience. I enjoyed camel safari, traditional event and rajasthan food there. The staff was kind-hearted and took care of my family. Would highly recommend.

We had a nice stay. Everything was good. Three time meals are available. At night the cultural programmes were organised and all the arrangement were good.

Excellent property with well maintained and spacious rooms. Their entire staff including the resort manager, restaurant team and house keeping team is extremely cooperative and helpful. Food was delicious and hygienic. Their location too is right near the seam dunes making easy access to dunes. Overall, had an amazing experience. Highly recommended.

Melody moon is very good camp for family & even for group of girls & boys. Manager vikasji is very cooperative. He has also arranged night arrangement for driver also. Also only pure vegetarian food is served, so good for vegetarians. Also jeep safari driver ham-id bhai has taken us to all 3 deserts on sunrise & comfortably executed our desert safari. I recommend this property.
