It was a very good stay at the hotel. The rooms were really good and well maintained. The receptionist Mr Dabeer is very friendly and helpful. He is very kind and accomodated all our request. Would recommend to stay here. Its affordable as well. Has very good proximity to attractions. Those who prefer walking can easily visit Gadisar lake, Moti Mahal, Patwa Ki Haveli and the fort on foot.

It was New construction and friendly hotel. They respond to all the concerns. They got our cabin bag fixed with zip repairs spoiled during our travel. They are very friend and arrange everything that is possible.

Had a truly wonderful stay here. From the moment i arrived, the service was exceptional. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful.

Worst hotel of my life, no electricity at night and morning no water supply. Lift was not working, breakfast was a joke which was poha, up-ma and aalo puri. There was a grass hopper in aalo then we didn't had breakfast. Shortage of staff only 1 person was cleaning the toilet and cooking also, the same person was attending reception. At night no one picked calls for any emergency and the manager gave us his number which was wrong. Rooms were dirty they didn't clean beds you can see stains clearly. I don't know how this hotel got so many fake ratings. This hotel didn't have any board in which hotel name is written.

Staff and room are too good and friendly. Amazing stay here. Cleaned room and room service are best at location and owner and manager behaviour were excellent and supportive.

We booked based on the reviews but the reality of off season was different 1. Pricing was high compared to other tourist destinations of Rajasthan. 2. Off seasons most stand alone hotels don’t have staffs this one was no different only one person at hotel. 3. Rooms were dusty, linen were soiled, towels were smelly, kettle was not clean, bathroom unhygienic condition. 4. Inhouse kitchen not operational so they get tea and morning breakfast from outside, not palatable 5. Didn’t get proper response from Manager who didn’t receive call. 6. It’s say superior room facing palace is not the reality 😊 Vague reason given coz of festival staff all went on holiday 😀😀😀 then why accept booking and we paid exorbitant price for this below average property. From Outside property looks good and crisp, surroundings not that great. This review is based on my experience in month of June, may be during season they must be adequately staffed and well maintained.

the hotel was very horrible no lights, no customers, the staff is also behaiving very rude and it was not safe if you are travelling with your family.

It was good stay value for the money, at night electricity problem was there but hotel hv good generator facility, also no other guest were there although they arrange good breakfast for us kids enjoyed Thank you

The rooms are having good space. Wifi was not available. water problem at bath room. Look and feeling of the supporting staff were not positive.

5 stars for the rooms and the staff..but sorry to say 2 stars for breakfast. we reached early in the morning at 6am and the staff allowed us to check-in without paying any extra amount. They co-operated very well during our stay

Room stay was comfortable.loacation is good. however more menu can be added in breakfast . overall the experience was pleasent

Property is very beautiful and have very beautiful ambiance. But the hotel staff is least bother about guest requirements. No hand wash, no toiletries, no bath soap, nothing, no idea about dinner lunch or breakfast.
