Location wise good, Food quality is good but rooms are not well maintained, We booked 4 rooms, in each has some problem. Bathroom lights, Shower is not working. Fan is like turtle. Overall Ok.

Rooms were smelly with cigarette smell. Toilets were not clean.

The light went out in the hotel seven to eight times in one night. The tiles in the bathroom were broken and the paint stained. The cleaning in the room was not good. There was no proper mattress to wash the step, there was a bath towel

Budget hotel, value for money, bit far from Udaipur City
familyIt is a nice property in reasonable budget. Spacious rooms, garden and swimming pool are favorable things. Items in breakfast are very limited and not so tasty. We stayed for two days and for both days we got same items in breakfast, even there is no milk available in breakfast for kids. You have to pay extra for one glass of milk. Food is too costly like a five star hotel, for one plate of khichdi you need to pay more! Property is 15 km away from Udaipur City. Takes 30 mins drive to reach Udaipur. No other restaurants around the resort. Room service are OK.
