Hotel Savera

This is an old hotel that is partially renovated. The front office is fully renovated and looking great. but the rooms inside are very bad. only family rooms (triple bed) are better as they have been renovated well. the other Royal and executive rooms are very bad. offered me Royal and Executive rooms which I couldn't stay even for 15 min. I went down talked to the management and upgraded the rooms by paying extra money. The premises and common area in floors are not well maintained at all. it's such pathetic. even the towels I got were pretty old. not professional at all.

The rooms are not at all like the ones shown in the photos. The doors are rotten. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room. The service is also not good.

Very bad experience, room and beds all are very dusty. AC was not working and very bad experience from the staff. Room was fully suffocated and bed sheets were unclean. They have not even provided dental kit and even water bottle. This was our most horrible stay in our entire trips. We have checked out after one night even we payed for two days.

This hotel is completely fraudulent. Please 🙏 avoid booking here. During busy times, they won’t provide you a room and will call you just an hour before your check-in to cancel, saying rooms are not available. If you insist, they will give you a room without AC, dirty, and with only a fan, where you’ll sweat the whole night without proper rest. Overall, it’s a terrible experience and not worth your time or money

Property food is above average and tasty . Location is also good behind bus stand . Facilities and housekeeping is very good. Support staff is very supportive in nature.

The room that was allotted to us was not the same as the one we had originally booked. We were shown another temporary room instead. At the time of booking, we had carefully selected the specific category of room, but we were not provided with the same. Moreover, we were charged an additional ₹500, which is completely unfair. This reflects very poor service and an unsatisfactory experience. We request you to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action at the earliest.

I had a very comfortable stay at hotel savera, location is excellent and the best part is the hotel is very famous in Udaipur, room was in good condition and very spacious food is also above average. Overall i had a comfortable stay, would love to come again.

* **Hotel Condition:** Hotel Savera, Room No 102. The hotel provided was extremely unsanitary. 1. We observed insects in our room. 2. Basic amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, hand wash, soap, and face towels were not provided. We also noted cigarette burn spots on the bedsheets, indicating improper cleaning. 3. The breakfast quality did not meet the expected standards for a 3-star hotel. 4. We also discovered a "stapler pin in the breakfast", which was immediately brought to the attention of the hotel staff, but no action was taken. Please find attached some photographs and videos that support the concerns we have raised.

I reported this to the front desk, but it took them over an hour to send someone to clean the room. Furthermore, the air conditioning in the room was not working, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Despite my request to fix it, the issue was not resolved during my stay. The hotel's response to my complaints was disappointing, with no apology or offer to compensate me for the inconvenience. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance, combined with poor customer service, made for a disappointing stay."

Excellent and pleasant stay at hotel. Bike rent facility was also available there and i taken that. Staff was so humble and attantive. Great time at the property

Excellent hospitality and great reception. Ready to book next time. Located in Central of city. Transportation is easily available for hotel.
