My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was exceptionally tasty, with a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes. The location was convenient, and the overall vibe of the hotel was peaceful and elegant. My package included Two meals. In dinner there was a wide variety of options to choose from Veg and non Veg both. Breakfast buffet was also very delicious. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and satisfying stay.

The room was pretty unclean. No help provided by the staff, it was not worth the money at all. Not even basic stuffs like toothbrush was given. Will never recommend it to anyone.

Our rooms are cleaned and inspected before every check-in, and toiletries like soap, shampoo, and towels are provided as standard. A toothbrush kit, however, is available on request — as per most heritage hotels. As for “no help from staff,” our front office is open 24/7, and we have in-room service and housekeeping available anytime — all it takes is one call. We believe in genuine hospitality, not exaggerated storytelling. Still, we respect your opinion and wish you better luck finding a stay that matches your expectations (and effort to ask for a toothbrush 😉). Had an amazing stay! The hotel is clean, the rooftop view is beautiful, and the location is perfect everything is within walking distance, including Jagdish Temple, City Palace, Lal Ghat cafes, Ambrai Ghat, Bagore Ki Haveli, and Hathipole market. Super convenient! We had just one small issue a birthday cake we asked to be stored got spoiled due to a fridge problem. However, we didn’t want to give a bad rating because everything else was truly wonderful, and we really enjoyed our stay!

My experience at Kotra Haveli was just fab I must say it is indeed the best stay you can plan in udaipur. The manager along with the other staff were too kind, humble, helpful and welcoming. Even the rooftop food with the beautiful city palace view was just exquisite. Overall I would highly recommend it to everyone who is planning to visit Udaipur and feel the heritage and culture of Rajasthan. Score-10/10

We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights and had a very pleasant stay. The property is located in the heart of the old city, which gives it a charming and authentic vibe. It’s very well-maintained, neat, and clean — a big plus. The food served was tasty and satisfying, and what really stood out was the hospitality. All the staff members were well-behaved, courteous, and went out of their way to accommodate us. They even called ahead of our check-in to confirm details and arranged dinner for us, even though we arrived quite late — much appreciated! Location-wise, it’s perfect if you’re looking to explore the major tourist attractions — City Palace, Lake Pichola, Jagdish Temple, Bagore Ki Haveli — all are within walking distance. One thing to note: since the property is in the old city, you can’t reach it directly by your own vehicle. You’ll need to park outside and take an auto to reach the hotel. It’s not a deal-breaker, but something to be aware of when planning your arrival. Overall, a great experience from check-in to check-out. Would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and well-located stay in the old city.

Location is very good, all the places are nearby. But car access is not there. U have to park ur own vehicle 1km far from hotel. There is a designated govt parking fecility Breakfast options limited to 4/5 options but quality wise good. Rooms are very good, clean and spacious. Staff are very courtious.

Me and my wife stayed in Kotra Haveli and let me tell you its the most beautiful place to stay in. The property is like an Haveli but made in white marble and have that character and charm of the Haveli. You get to click lots of good photos for Instagram in the property. The property is located in old city where the market as well as famous places like City Palace, Gangaur Ghat and market is at a walkable distance. We loved our stay at Kotra Haveli.

Memorable & luxurious stay

The rooms were quite big & clean. It was a luxurious stay. All basic amenities were in place. The haveli cum hotel is a hidden gem near the old city. One can walk & visit the major attractions & restaurants easily. Its a safe place for a family. The staff is welcoming. They sent a welcome message on the day of arrival & sought a reply regarding the time & mode of arrival & arranged for early check-in within short period. We havent tasted the food as the renovations of the rooftop restaurant was in progress. However we have ordered tea which underlined that the food must be of good quality. Some visitors may find it difficult to reach the hotel as a cab needs to park at a short distance. One can hire an auto or walk few steps to reach my view its a negligible issue.The surroundings are quite busy being a market place but one can enjoy the real vibes of udaipur there. We travelled in the off season. The staff tried to provide their best.

Very good experience as staff is very courteous, even help us to reach hotel by guiding the route on video call. Food menu is limited by very tasty. Overall very good experience.
