Review Of MAYAPUR YATRI NIVAS

We booked accommodation at Hotel Mayapur Yatri Niwas, but when we reached the hotel, accommodation was not available there and we were shifted to another Hotel. Normal check out time in all the Hotels is around 12 Noon, bu in this Hotel we we told to check out at 9 am which is quite unusual. Since we had to go for Puja we had to check out in hurry without taking our complimentary breakfast

The amount taken for such hotel was really terrible. It's was just a small place hotel for 2 adults and for 1 toddler. No tv, very sophisticated area. Small wash room. Very normal hotel. The charges should have been max 1500 in total instead what you have charged. Not done sir.

Bathroom not clean very bad condition bathroom. Geyser not available. Bed sheet and cotton very poor condition

Terrible bed, room condition, the blanket smells like hell, the bathroom is dirty, water does not pass, unsupportive stuff, worst experience ever, should be unlisted from makemytrip options.

Rooms are preety good & cleaned but tv & glizer was missing

Hospitality is very bad, there is no hot water, bed cover pillow also bed is very bad very very poor management there. In-future n eve i do-not stay there.

The quality of the room was not as it's rate/charge. Only bed and bathroom was provided. As per the booking details tv, toiletries etc were part of booking but was not available during stay. Even drinking water was a concern.

The place was very bad, rooms are very very small and dirty, having small stage type of structure made of concrete and granite in place of wooden cots. Didn't like at all. As we were facing lot of problems, we checked out after one night stay only. Will not recommend anyone for this place. Make my trip is also getting bad name

Terrible experience. Not worth according to charges applied offline. The room was too small, mattress was too hard with stains, the fan was so fast that half of the night mosquitoes were all over the room. The room was next level boiler to suffocate people staying. They didn't even had lock and key to provide for door locking. Charging this kind of luxurious experience of just for like seriously. They dint even have water to quench our thirst.
