Review Of Mayagiri Hotel

i was having my exam in Patne. I visited this place with my father. It was upto the mark. staffs were very cooperative. Infact I request them for an hour late check-out because of my exam timing. and they agreed. Thank you so much.

Property location and services was good Bathroom cleaned but bed quality was not proper and Suitable for exam students

room was not up to the mark there was no water heater and room was also dirty bathroom gate was broken.

The bathroom should have been a little cleaner and there were no blankets etc. in the room, that should have been there too.

Bathroom door is damaged, Room is not clean. Pillow is hard. ...............

The location was a walkable distance from Patna Railway station, the facilities provided were value for money. The staff was cooperative and polite .

Hotel is 5 to 6 mins. walking distance from Patna Station. Position is excellent. No ground floor. Starts from first floor. There are mice in the room. Food supplied by authority is good. Electricity Power cut is a major problem and Wifi service is poor.

Staff were very stupid. Even They didn't know which type of Room I have booked. Manager refused to give me GST bill of actual check in & Check out time.

I booked a room on Make My Trip, the room which was shown to me was not even 1 percent good, the room and washroom were dirty, the AC was switched off, I checked in early and the reception told me that I have to wait at 12 o'clock

The booking was smooth and location and price was good but room's could be better.

The location was very good. The amenities and services were good. The rooms are dirty , the bed is full of dust , the bathroom is very bad and unhygienic. No lock inside the bathroom ! we found trash under the bed!

The hotel is okay for short stay. The washrooms were not cleaned properly but the staff behavior was good. Also, the hotel location was nearer to the station.

the property is on higher elevation. seniors will have climb up approximately 20 steps, reception is very poor service. they were trying to put is in a standard room when we booked a double room. this place has not lifts. They took us to a room, with stairs going down and then up. The room was not cleaned, only one towel and the front entrance area was dirty and filled with construction debris. staff did not help.

It had a bad odor, and the cleanliness standards were disappointing. If you're looking for a place to stay just for the convenience of being close to the railway station, it might work for a short stay. But if hygiene and comfort are a priority, I would recommend looking for other options.
