The location was a walkable distance from Patna Railway station, the facilities provided were value for money. The staff was cooperative and polite .

Hotel is 5 to 6 mins. walking distance from Patna Station. Position is excellent. No ground floor. Starts from first floor. There are mice in the room. Food supplied by authority is good. Electricity Power cut is a major problem and Wifi service is poor.

I booked a room on Make My Trip, the room which was shown to me was not even 1 percent good, the room and washroom were dirty, the AC was switched off, I checked in early and the reception told me that I have to wait at 12 o'clock

The booking was smooth and location and price was good but room's could be better.

The location was very good. The amenities and services were good. The rooms are dirty , the bed is full of dust , the bathroom is very bad and unhygienic. No lock inside the bathroom ! we found trash under the bed!

The hotel is okay for short stay. The washrooms were not cleaned properly but the staff behavior was good. Also, the hotel location was nearer to the station.

the property is on higher elevation. seniors will have climb up approximately 20 steps, reception is very poor service. they were trying to put is in a standard room when we booked a double room. this place has not lifts. They took us to a room, with stairs going down and then up. The room was not cleaned, only one towel and the front entrance area was dirty and filled with construction debris. staff did not help.

It had a bad odor, and the cleanliness standards were disappointing. But if hygiene and comfort are a priority, I would recommend looking for other options.
