Very poor. None of the door locks was in good condition. Cleanliness was not maintained. Only that good thing is that the hotel was in front of Shantikunj.

The services provided were ok is. Not very good, not very bad. In the charged amount, one could not expect much. A fine and peaceful stay.

Drinking water was not available in hotel. Outside food especially the food from restaurant located beside the hotel was stale and tasteless.
Kitchen needs to be improved. Rest everything was fine. Good experience.

Never stay in this hotel. They do not provide soap, towel, water, slipper. It was really bad experience. I would not recommend this hotel.
There were no water bottles, towel and slipper. Television was old model and was not working.

I was shocked when I reached at hotel because the onwer of the hotel said that I have not any confirmation about your booking. The onwer of hotel has been changed. Your booking is made by the previous onwer so I can't stay you in hotel. So I want my booking amount back. Otherwise I take necessary action on your company. Please look into the matter. Bad

I stayed in room no. 108 and felt cheated by Makemytrip. No TV, no Wi-Fi, bathroom dirty, room below average, dirty wall, service poor. What you have shown on website was not matching with real.
