We loved the personal care and attention to details from the crew. They were very helpful. The house boat was clean and maintained very well

Marvel-cruise houseboat is good and clean food is also good but the only minus is there is no sound system no tv and the crew captain ternet is a very good person and cook rajendran is also a good person

The team of service crew in this boat were so humble, experienced and ready to help all the time. We must specially mention the delicious food that was served onboard the boat. They will show different bot in mm t and they will provide us different boat, they don't even inform change in the boat, the other boat have normal eminities and there is no tv provided. Overall for this cost this type experience and eminities are not acceptable, and staff will ask for tip as a demand

I would rate this houseboat 5/5 for their food, hospitality, and value for money. Cleanliness could be better. Just a heads-up: ac works only from 7 pm to 7 am. So plan accordingly.

Although, the boat we got was fine and staff was also good. Writing this negative review only because of the experience we had with the owner. The boat he provided to us as an alternate was fine.
We booked the marvel cruise boat basis the pictures we saw. Before leaving for kerela, i confirmed the boat with owner as well. But, on messaging him again after a few days, he said his boat is not available & would arrange a stay with another similar boat. But just a day before, he sent us pictures of completely different boat, which was not as per our requirement, and said only this option is available. This was very disappointing and when we said this is wrong, he stopped replying.

As per my last stay experience, it's degraded in terms of food variety, room stay and value of money spent for this hotel was not up to the mark. Everything which we purchased was the highlights of food served in lunch and dinner. Chef dint even tea or coffee and provided us with tea powder/coffee and powdered milk, to drink diary milk tea/coffee, we had to purchase the milk. Also the cab service provided by Marvel Cruise after getting down of boat was more than double the actual amount, for 10 km they charged a certain amount.

This is a peaceful languid trip, away from hustle and bustle of city. Private boat. Kerala style food and can customize your menu by shopping for seafood on the way. Very helpful crew who helped arrange the travel back to Airport as well.

Not a night stay for sure, in the night you will find lizard moving around in your room, even the bathroom was too cramped up. Crew members not friendly also had conversation was a bit difficult.
