Review Of Maple Inn

when we check in at the hotel the room was not for 3 person so they gave us executive room i had to pay additional 1000 rs by cash to get the room. no support from mmt was provided. i suggest avoiding the booking using mmt service. worst customer service ever.

The staffs were really friendly, rooms were clean, location was good. Looking forward to stay again.

Property is well maintained, food and amenities are also good. Only the approach road near the property need improvement.

Very bad housekeeping and room service standards. Very small rooms and hotel staff are extremely unhygienic. The linen used in the room is old and smelly. Towels may be at least 3 to 5 years old and look pale and dirty. Lots of couples use this hotel for a half day basis. Big mistake booking this place. Booked it because we were attending a banquet at this venue.

Mostiquoes in room it was stinking and the bed sheets were also kind of not washed room was really small and not upto the mark as shown in pics

The rooms are good. The room service is excellent. Food is great! basic amenities have been provided.

I was surprised to see spiders in hotel room and not 1 but 4-5 spiders which i had to kill but it made it difficult to sleep at night. Staff was good and cooperative.

I had stayed for 2 nights at mapple inn for business travel in single room, it's comfortable stay and property is clean. Staff was courteous. Would recommend staying at mapple

Stay was pooor. Dental kit was not available but even after asking they did not give. Rooms were two small for 2 person

Good stay, hotel has prime location, clean rooms with all amenities, budget tarrif, only negative is entry which is backside.

staff was not prompt in providing service and their knowledge of updates were very poor. viz. went for some work on 2nd day morning then got the call if I have made the check out, when I actually checked out then got the call when will check out etc.

The room was very small but the necessary amenities were there. Whatever we asked for, we got there. Even they provided disposable bathroom slippers.

Good rooms with nice view. Quick service. Room service was good. Only issue was mosquitos in the room but overall great experience.

Without informing either the mm t or client they change the stay after arrival of guest & kept them waiting at reception for more than one hour & taken them to another location hotel who's credentials where not known to client (host) & it was far away from venue where these guest supposed to visit caused unnecessary stress to host & had to arrange extra vehicles for pickup & drop from there to event venue.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Especially the receptionist who didn’t hesitate to help ke out when i had to travel late night. The rooms were clean and everything was just perfect.

I stayed in room no -202, hotel manager provided a bigger room as complimentary. Hotel manager, staff including the owner was so welcoming, professional and supportive. How i wish, i could rate them beyond 5 stars. If there is any hotel in thane, then maple inn is the first preference for us. As title suggests "preference became preferred, every-time i am mumbai, i would go for maple inn. 1. Highly hygiene rooms. 2. Professional staff's 3. Budgeted tarif. 4. Prime location 5.
