The staff was well behaved and helping but the room was in a bad condition, bathroom was smelly and the lift was not working.

we checked in at midnight, no one escorted to our room, we had to search it ourselves. The moment we opened the room, it smelled of OYO. The fridge had stinking stale food kept in it and we found an underwear in the room, imagine the cleanliness. The bathroom floor was sticky. We complained and were offered a replacement room, but we declined as it was 1am and we were tired and sleepy.

We have stayed in this hotel last week. We had good experience as they have small but neat, tidy, clean room. Had hot water even at 5 am. Prompt and polite service. Very convenient location. Good food served. Overall, we were happy with the stay.

As i was busy whole day, jus went on to sleep at the hotel. Room was good, everything was working nice like ac, reading lamp etc etc. Parking space for the vehicle is conjusted.

This hotel being in thane area, there were multiple instances of power cuts in a given day for say 10-15 mins each time. Also, the hotel can do a little better in cleaning. Hotel towels are really soft and bed was pretty comfortable.

it was a horrible situation faced lot of issues like breakfast was completely upset noodles and bread butter jam, washroom was horrible and stinky smell

Room was clean but the pillows were like smelly some oil smell was there it was like unwashed cover, and in washroom smell like hell i had to get up at night due to that smell. No cold water provision in washroom to get a bath in this humidity i took bath with hot water not a good experience.
