Property is seriously good and staff is humble

Rooms n view is amazing..staff is good and understanding.only issue was the pool its not clean also this is not a place for family with kids cuz nothing much there only sit

room allotted was not up to the mark. I paid per night online without food. But actual offline cost was just per night with food. Luggage have to be carried by guests. No helping from boys. Please carry your own toothbrush , toothpaste, soap, handwash,hairoil,etc. Nothing is provided complimentary. Swimming pool water is stinky. Food quality is ok.

Stay was okay. I will say average food was not up to the mark. We had ordered chicken lollipop, which was a little bit salty and regarding room geyser does not work. We on the switch and checked, but the geyser wasn't working. Probably the connection was removed on average, if you rate the experience it, it's okay. It was not that good, which was expected.

The room should be a bit more clean. The restroom was not clean having brown marks on the floor, the phone in the room was fill with dirt, and I had to call room service to clean it. Rest was perfect

food quality was abit low but the stay was superb like alwys and i think price has little gonna little higher but it's worth it just improve food and add tandoor items

Room size is good. Food is not costly. Washrooms are not upto the mark and bit small. Pool is not that deep. Landscaping is superb.

The bathroom was not clean it had flies & smelled a little the room was okayish too few parts of the floor in room were unclean we found a rotten garlic near the cupboards. Blankets had hole in them food too was very average veg & non veg both

The food was pretty amazing and staff was quite humble and rooms where clean sheets was clean plus room service is very nice just the checkout was 2 hours early due to some reasons but rest was all good

it was very clean we had complete privacy and they were very professional with their service.. highly recommend this place 👌

The hotel location is close to the main road. Traffic noise pollution is high. Free breakfast is not included for booking. Hence, the cost is high. No value for money.

The room was very neat & excellent maintenance, but the person who sits in reception of night duty doesn't know how to handle or maintain a friendly relationship with the customer & no helping nature. But the guys who maintained the restaurant were great, very cooperative and the food was very tasty. But mainly the person who maintains the hotel should be polite in speaking with the customers, So people think to visit again.

It was a really great stay everything is at its best the view,comfort room was huge only because we paid for the premium category. The only thing was to check out at 10 and they don't negotiate with that at all you have to check out at 10, not 1 min beyond that. Front desk guy Vijay called us twice within 20mins for a check out which was not needed and they missed 1 point also they could have given a late checkout as the almost entire hotel was empty but they refused. Rest everything was good.

Beautiful view, great pool, good food, great service, big rooms, away from city very peaceful, will surely visit again
