All staff are very good & responsible such a careful staff my kid very happy to the atmosphere so I tell very good hotel

Amazing stay for family holiday if you don’t want to go wrong with your stay choose Manuallaya. Good food and comfortable rooms. Exceptional staff, great location.

We stayed at this property and while the property itself was well-maintained and located in a beautiful area, our experience was unfortunately marred by poor service and the front office staff bad and rude behaviour, Hospitality should begin at the front desk, and sadly that was not the case during our stay. We expected professionalism and basic respect, but this was not delivered. It’s unfortunate, we hope the management takes step to train the front office staff in proper guest service and communication

The location services food everything was comandable. The location was superb , the rooms with balcony view are the best the ones with orchid view are disguising

Resort has a great five star reputation but quality was not that much great. Room and bathroom was big and clean but Bedsheets have holes. Bathrobes were not provided. Bed had a creaky noise. Food was not that much tasty, rice was half boiled. Main course vegetables were not tasty on the day one.

Worth the money. Polite service and very clean rooms. Heater in the rooms gives a cozy sleep. View from the rooms gives u a pleasant feel.

we had an amazing time at manu allaya resort . the location is fantastic. the rooms were clean and comfortable and the service was outstanding. the food was delicious 😋 highly recommend!!!!!

The stay was delightful, we arrived in a very cold weather and the heating as we entered was a life saver, literally. The service, the property, the people and the food everything is what you’d expect from a top hotel. Also checked out the spa, a pretty cool experience would recommend.

Everything super service, food, rooms, activities, staff. The garden view rooms were just amazing with best garden access and also the view outside will definitely visit again

I stayed at Manuallya Resort and Spa in Manali, booked through MakeMyTrip, and had a terrible experience. When we needed a first aid kit, the staff said they had one but didn't know where it was. After an hour, we had to buy one from outside. They never checked on us or the injured child. We weren't offered water upon arrival despite asking multiple times and were directed to the second-floor restaurant. The staff's lack of humanity and poor customer service was shocking. In my view, don't come here with kids; it ruins the holiday experience. This is the worst property I've ever stayed at. Avoid at all costs.

The attitude of the staff was very casual … it was not welcoming … when we entered in the reception area all the staff was busy in consulting other customers to take rooms and telling them the packages . It was looking more like a bank and not a hotel . They took us to the room from a very dark area which was looking like a store and its closed since many days. Room service numbers were not working so we had to call on operator number for everything .

The hotel staff is very rude and the hotel does not have any item in breakfast. they are serving one 1-2 items. The play area of the kids also have broken table tennis and carrombaord. They don't give you more than 2 water bottle Perdana which is itself bizzare. The taste of food is also worst. The list goes on and on.

Rabbit and duck feeding nearby paid personal picnic indoor games/ solar powered heated swimming pool all these about the hotel. Its a big property with to roam around and explore, very nicely maintained. Will recommend all to come and stay at this hotel.

Very good property to stay in manali. Great views from the room balcony and very prompt service. Food is also good. Breakfast spread can be improved.

Manuallaya is definitely one of the finest resort. The view there is excellent. It's a resort so there are lots of things that you can do there like gym, swimming pool, rabbit pen, duck, boon fire. They do have cottages where a lot of people can stay together. Their complimentary buffet breakfast in the morning is very good and they have lots of items. However i still rate it 4 because their rooms are small, and it's a pretty old property which is still very well maintained. We did have hot water problem in between while taking bath. The hot water stopped and then it started coming after some time. Also their heater is centralised which means it's less effective and cannot be controlled per room basis. But these where minor issues. They do have good restaurants. Stay was comfortable. I will still think to stay there if i go to manali next time with a large group.

Very nice location with good ambience. Very neat and clean resort with friendly staff at reception desk and housekeeping services. Food was excellent during breakfast and dinner (service used by us.
