The nice room and good service staff were awesome and helpful. The food was delicious thanks to the fab hotel.

they made to wait us for one hour to provide room and they also didn't gave air conditioner remote .

We reached hotel at 1 pm but room was not ready hence waited approx 20 min then went to room. All basic facilities available except kettle and tea coffee schache

Very bad hospitality worst food, it was smelly and awful taste even no complementary water very slow service, it took an hour to give a jug of water the food was too bad to eat, i had to left it all breakfast was also very bad, i ordered a veg sandwich they just gave me bread layered with mayo and cabbage that's it. Also didn't even give me the final gst bill

The hotel treats bookings very terrible and doesn't respect nor respond properly. There is no water bottle provided.

I stayed there for one night and it was very bad experience for us. People were shouting whole night. There were bed bugs in blankets

Location of property is good, deluxe category rooms are very basic and staff needs esp foam needs to be more professional.

Rooms were convenient but toiletries and basic stuff not provided even water bottles were not complimentary. Average rooms and the lady receptionist was very rude when asked about complimentary meals. Nobody seemed to know what the real deal was cause each staff spoke differently confusing the guests who were staying.

We are really disappointed with the property. Bathroom was not clean. No toiletries was provided. No available for room service. Bed sheets was dirty.

Smelly room, entirely different from one how in picture. Dirty and torn bedsheet, untidy and unkept room, very filthy bathroom. They say will provide bedding, but only dirty mattress provided. The staff greedy. Totally waste of money and mind. Must avoid.

I already locked a complaint regarding this booking. Hotel was very terrible. Dirty bed sheet, insect was roaming on bed. No check in no checkout. We stayed only 3 hrs. Rest of time we spend in our car. I need refund of my money

Unhygienic, pillows cover bedsheet, the hotel staffs have a attitude like they are doing favour on you. Rude no one want to work their. Struggled alot on one night. , the pictures of hotel was different, when l booked it neat and clean but it was not. Not want to visit again
