Number of issues: Breakfast too limited - one major item only limit. Too much light from the sides of the curtains. Too much noise. Untrained staff. Charge for drinking water after 5k tariff. Solar hot water doesn’t heat in the morning. Bathroom too tiny.

businessVery poor management, not cooperating with guest. I was a regular client of this hotel once. I requested for 10 min additional because of i was not well they refused in rude way. In hurry i missed my apple watch there. They even didn’t cooperate. Breakfast meal was also included they denied. Worst experience ever.

Terrible Stay
No one available for taking out the luggage from car and putting it back at checkout. This is basic need.

Good experience overall, but slightly far off from the kurukshetra town.
familyGood stay. Good ambience along with clean rooms. Staff were courteous too. Overall a good experience as i had travel-led with my parents. They felt safe and enjoyed the stay as well. However, it’s slightly away from the main kurukshetra town (around 20 kms away) on the highway, which makes it slightly difficult in terms of accessibility.

Poor Stay
The room service was very slow in responding to requests, no proper hot water in the taps. The service felt as if i am staying at a low cost guesthouse and not a hotel. The hotel staff kept on telling me that they are short on staff members, due to which the delay is happening. As a customer, i don’t want to listen to these reasons.
