Review Of JD HOTEL AND LOUNGE

A good value for money hotel at central place near Braham Sarover...Lacking few amenities though.

Room service is very bad and rooms washroom are very dirty and smelly. very bad experience

The location is good and quite near to Brahma Sarovar. Food quality is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

There was no shower in the bathroom couldn’t shower properly as well as bedsheets were not washed and cleaned properly stains all over

Food quality was not good . Rooms were alright not up to the mark as accept according to the amount charged for stay .

Hotel room is not well maintained after the many request they will provide the basic amenities like towel water bottle etc. In washroom there is no proper ventilation washroom is smelling. Jet spray is not working properly and leaked the water after the using. Room fan is working but sometime there is some sound like fan is falling from the ceiling.

The property is neat and clean and staff is supportive. The food is amazing specially the dal tadka.

The great thing was that the hotel was a on prime location.The brahma sarovar was hardly 300 metres from the hotel. The rooms and furnitures were neat n clean.The bathroom was also clean and the food was awesome.The people taking care of us were also good and polite.They ro ide printed list for the spots to cover.

Found the hotel from mm t online, food is good and good facility. Well done services, but the hotel cost is expensive through online booking. Suggest normal booking

Cleaning is good reception is closed in night time no towel was provided no glass is available for water it’s too cold but no provision for hot water in the room

i feel bad in this hotel. breakfast was not available .staff was not co-operative.t food quality was so poor. charge of this hotel was so high as per hotel standard.

The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds but no geezer and no city view.

Property location is good. Food is also fine. Behavior of staff is bit harsh, can be more polite towards guests.

Good experience at hotel by make my trip. Bathroom is clean and room is also very clean with the bedsheets. I am happy and satisfied with this room

Excellent location near brahma sarovar, restaurant acceptable, service good, rooms clean. Would recommend.

The service was very bad. If a glass of water was ordered in the room, we had to wait for 20 to 25 minutes. If a complaint was made about this at the reception then a further missbehave would be made from their side
