Hotel room is not up to mark. Lack of proper maintenance. Bathroom light was not working. After pointing out, bulb replaced. Bathroom door latch not found. If, make my trip is providing options for stay, there team should also check the rooms.

I have visited this place for first time and found property to be very well located and offer all basic amenities. Rooms are well equipped and ventilated as it is a norm these days. Ample parking space and every nook and corner of property is covered under cameras which gives a sense of safety. Staff is highly appreciable and are well dressed.

Best stay in kurukshetra

I had been visiting other hotels also in kurukshetra and its vicinity but in budget friendly prices and top quality service this hotel is best. Rooms are very neat and clean and furnished with all required amenities. Superb quality of inhouse cafe and restaurant food. Highly recommended for stays and its very easily approachable from bus stand and railway station.

Bad behavior of staff

They are not cooperative at the hotel and they charged unusual for the water bottle they haven't gave a single water bottle as complementary.
