Hotel gladden

Nice and clean rooms and good staff.

They didn't allowed me for early check-in. I have to wait for almost 6 hours. That's really disappointing and then the room was not smelling good, congested rooms and quantity of food are not in variety like half or full.

No lift in the Hotel, stairs are very stiff. Old age people can't go up. Room cleaning services are not provided. For family this Hotel is not suitable.

Very bad experience very bad hotel. Toilet having lot of smell we can't live. Geyser is present but taps having no warm water. Poor room service, no towel and low quality of soap and water having bisleri bottle but having tap water.

Had stayed for a night in the month of may and would not recommend the place at all. The rooms are dirty with no dusting. Bathroom drains are clogged. Food quality is of low quality. Above all they charged for ac room without providing the facility citing electricity cut. Whereas, on asking the room boy for ac facility. He would switch it on from the mains for an hour or so.

The in-house food services were not up to mark and did not provide clarity till when a guest can have food, I have to remain without food because I have ordered dinner before 11.30 pm.

It's a very nice hotel, it's located in sector no: 7. Nice rooms, fast free WiFi it's and very near to Pipli bus stand & most convenient location to go all places from here like Sri Krishna museum & Panorama, old busstand. We will get autos every minute to Pipli busstand side or Sri Krishna Museum side . Finally it's our simple and sweet stay. One more thing there is no lift facility but it's only 2 floors, I think it's not a matter if compared with amenities from hotel.

Room were neat and clean. Location was awesome and service was at its best.
