The rooms and toilets are very clean and well maintained. The location is also good. Breakfast is also good. I paid around 7K for one night stay for three people. It would have been great if the prices were around 5K. Also, I suggest the property owner to make some space for the children's play area.

location: Super breakfast: Quite good Rooms: Good & spacious I will deduct one number for following reasons 1) Bathroom has an architecture flaw. It was designed in western standard but it does not work in India.2) The bed sheet had some mark and they kindly replaced it when we asked. 3) Intercomn was not working

The staff are very accommodating, food options are also good, there is a bit of an odd timing for checkout but the rest of the service more than makes up for it. The premises and the rooms are clean and maintained well and the utilities provided are quite nice as well.

Stay- Room size was good but linens were dirty. Asked to change it which they did. Overall comfortable stay. Location- Located on highway. Food- Terrible. Facilities- Proper Toiletries were not available despite asking them. No shampoo provided. Others- Construction work is going on in the campus. Overall - Not worth the price you are paying.

The location of the hotel was good, close to tourist attractions. Spacious rooms, good ambience and nice view from balcony. Breakfast spread was limited, but ok. Non-vegetarian food choices given in menu were not all available, but we managed. Kebab preparations need improvement. Overall food experience was ok, but could be better. We would definitely consider staying here if we visit Cherrapunjee again.
