I would rate my stay at this hotel as average overall. Initially, there was a bit of confusion with my booking — when I arrived, the staff couldn’t find a confirmation and initially refused to acknowledge the reservation. This was quite stressful, especially after a long journey. However, after some time and discussion, they did manage to arrange a room for me and officially confirmed the booking, which I appreciated. The room itself was decent — nothing exceptional, but clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. One positive aspect was the cab facility they offered, which made commuting easier and was a helpful touch. While the stay had its hiccups, the staff eventually handled things and made sure I was accommodated.
