All was great. Very fine property

We stayed in Lilly cottage and it was very comfortable. It literally got forest at its doorstep so it always feels you are in nature. Great staff who is always available and helpful. The outdoor sitting areas are good. As a feedback, the kitchen could be more stocked with utensils etc. cause we had to ask but to their credit they gave us whatever we wanted. Maybe put a lounger chair outside cause you feel like sitting outside all the time.

Beautiful cottage, great location and amazing home cooked food. The staff is very helpful. They serve breakfast and dinner. They don’t serve lunch but you can order from a nearby restaurant that delivers to the cottage.

The property is beautiful with lovely views and peaceful location. Food is decent and cleanliness is top class.

The location is too good, really loved the view from the place. People working there are amazing and just one call away! loved it there.

Visited with wife and daughter. Excellent location, can walk to christ church. Wonderful ambiance and very cooperative owners and their staff. This was our second stay at mahal farms and of all the properties we have explored in the vicinity of mall road, this is now our favorite.

We stayed in the 'nook' room. It was such a beautiful room with great interior design, colour combinations, and lightening. It had a private balcony from where the valley view was awesome any time of the day or night. Apart from the room, the home stay was also designed in an alluring way and had a lovely place to take a stroll. The owner and staff were very friendly, considerate, and helpful. We also had breakfast at the homestay while sitting in the balcony with a fantastic view, which was delightful and available at reasonable rates.

The property was well managed but if you travel with a small kid, they don’t have a flexible kitchen. The kitchen is not available after 11 am in morning until 5 pm in evening. It caused inconvenience for us as a child need milk etc at anytime. They also don’t provide lunch and have limited menu for breakfast and dinner. Also they don’t have much open space like lawn etc where you can sit and relax because most of the property is acquired by the owner. They must operate their kitchen during afternoon also to make their guest stay more comfortable.

Location is excellent and food is also excellent staff behaviour is good all facilities available in stay

Positives- location, view from the room was extremely beautiful, owner of thw property was very descent and helpful, helped me to get my car to the hotel and from hotel as the road to hotel was very narrow. Negatives- room and linen was not clean, room service was extremely slow and pathetic, for every small stuff it was taking long tim and multiple phone calls. They tested our patience in anything we asked for. Now comes the worst part- they do not have fair policy to manage their guests. There were bunch of idiots who checked in into the hotel. Those well dressed illiterates played music at the maximum volume it the common area of hotel; boozed whole night and were barking their hearts out. To my surprise, hotel staff showed no concern regarding this. Recoomendation: if you are travel-ling with family to relax, not recommended at all; if you need a place to turn yourself to garbage in open you can give a try.

The cleanliness of the property is eye pleasing. The property itself is too fun to roam and click pictures around. You get a very good view of the mountain range as well. Will plan revisiting again. The area that needs improvement is a bit of food options and quick service.

Great place for a family vacation quite and peaceful. We had a very pleasant stay, the staff was very kind and helpful. Food can be better with more options.

location of my room was nit good, parantha was good but not other food items… hospitality is also good

Stay was good and comfortable home food is lovely. Caretaker is also good, it is near to tourist places.

. This was our 2nd visit to Mahal Farms. Each visit was beautiful and everything about the place is just perfect. The ambience, the rooms, the views, the food and the staff & owner. All are simply amazing. Always felt like being at another home away from home..

Very helpful staff. I had to cancel due to bad weather but hotel manager helped me himself in cancellation and refund proceesing.

View and food is excellent and also the caretakers are very cooperative and well mannered, their behaviour is very polite
