Review Of Lush Green Hut (3BHK Villa)

The property was very easily accessible. The location was very peaceful, the host and the caretaker were very polite and co-operative. We cooked the food ourselves. Overall the property was highly recommended to others. It was an excellent stay.

3bhk Villa was much better than we expected. Clean. Had water 24/7. Lots of space. Kitchen we could use. Owner who was very helpful.

It was a very pleasant stay. The host was so curteous and they had kept the house very neat and clean. You have utensils in the kitchen to cook. They arranged campfire on request and the location and ambience was too good. We enjoyed a lot. I recommend this place to people going in groups

Room is ossm which is in Kalpetta prime location. It has 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms and 24 hrs hot water. Kitchen is well provided with fridge and gas stove and aquasure water. Rooms are clean and big enuf to accommodate 6 to 8 people. We got campfire on request for 500. The entire house is yours and big compound area. A maid to clean used vessels and cook would have been better. But still it is ossm and value for money. Hopuse owner shaji is also nice person.

We were a group of six people we stayed for one night. There was no current. After so many calls he attended the call and at 11 pm he changed us to a nearby lodge which one was really worse. In the lodge the next room was sealed by govt. Do no what happened. A worst experience.

Very nice place to stay in Wayanad specially if you are going in large groups (4-6). The entire floor is yours. Wayanad is lush green in the rainy season. Location is also pretty good. The only problem we faced was food. The nearby eateries were closed because of Ramadan. Value for money.

The house is spacious enough for a group of people. It's very clean and tidy. They do arrange a camp fire on request. The host was pretty helpful in guiding us about the places to visit. Overall an excellent budget property which is maintained beautifully.

Nearest to city, good location with peach & silence, filled with green, will have home stay feel, perfect for whole family more than 4, you can do your own cooking, go around and come any time, good for family, even bikers trackers etc, excellent

It has 3 rooms and a big kitchen. All basic utensils are provided. You can cook for yourself during your stay at no additional cost. You can request for a bon-fire at an additional 500rs. A very pleasant stay overall. Tourist spots are not too far from the place.

Home located in center place. They maintain the house is clean. Value for money. Room with kitchen, so we can prepare our own discus. 200% satisfied. I can prepare for family also (6 members). Place owner is very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience

Location is good and peaceful. The home is spacious and almost everything is available one need on a trip. Ideal for group and family visits. We have got 2 rooms and 3 bathrooms which all were well maintained. Bonfire facility is also available. All in all one of the best home stay and value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

This home stay is located at Kalpetta, near to NH766. All the spots in Wayanad are distributed over the whole district and little away from one another, in that case this homestay located in the centre of all the spots though it is not nearby to any of those. Owner was excellent, we were offered two bed rooms, 3 rest rooms(1 attached), kitchen, dining and drawing and a small balcony at ground floor along with aquaguard and fridge. Furniture and beds were decent, I would say value for money. Utensils and raw materials for tea, coffee was there in kitchen, one can cook if he/she want. Parking space was large, can accommodate 2 cars easily. Nice sofas in drawing but television was showing only Malayalam channels. I would recommend this for family and group travellers.

It was a very comfortable 3BHK house fully furnished and clean, Booked it for 5 members, All were Happy with the maintenance and Facilities offered, I would strictly recommend everyone to plan your stay here.
