It took us 2 hours to find the place as they changed the name of their place. The service was also bad. Overall it was a very bad experience

We didn’t stay we booked the room from makemytrip and we reached around 12am but hotel manager denied to give room and said we hv no room talk to make my trip we struggled along and after 2 hr we got another room very disappointed from the hotel and makemytrip too i didn’t even get my refund back

I have received the worst service from the hotel and make my trip. I will never book any travel plan from make my trip in future.

Room was average but we faced a lot of problem in finding the property. The phone number provided to us was wrong and google map was the direction provided was also wrong. So we faced a lot of problem in finding the property.

This luxurious hotel, conveniently located near prem mandir and omaxe eternity, exceeded all my expectations. First and foremost, the hotel's location is a huge plus. It's within walking distance of the renowned prem mandir, allowing me to easily attend the evening aarti and take leisurely strolls in the beautiful temple gardens. Omaxe eternity is also nearby, making it convenient for those attending events or functions there. The hotel itself is a true gem. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The inclusion of air conditioning was a welcome relief, especially during the hot summer days. I enjoyed the comfort and tranquillity the rooms provided after a long day of exploring vrindavan's sights.

It consists of beautiful park, restaurant, bar, cafe. Medical was available that give me advantage for heath. Lift was also available for extended the luxurious life. Room was full of ac.

I have booked room for one night but it was my worst experience. No wifi no cleanliness. Hot water cattle is very dirty, i didn't use. No intercom, dirty washroom. I won't recommend any one to stay there. Waste of money. 1st time i have booked hotel, it was my worst experience. Thanks.

Property did not provide basic requirements like water bottles, handwash, towel, and till my stay no one was came for cleaning the room
