familyThe hotel rooms are very neat, it’s really hard to find such good hotel in such a good locality in such a price tag in vrindavan. The owner as well the staff of the hotels are very supportive.

Terrible Stay
Bed sheet and blenket were dirty, cup and glass were not clean, it was way more costly then the service it provided

The problem is with the pricing sir. It's the peak time and all over as per market, the prices are high. Not that we charged anything extra, everywhere its high. And if there were any complaints you should have conveyed us. We have 24 hours service people. . And we are just a call away.
Poor Stay
Very poor facilities and services. Washroom is very dirty. There is no soap and shampoo available. Electric kettle is available but without tea bag, sugar powder and milk powder. No glass available. Only one towel was given. Noise of fan was disturbing. Ants were roaming on the floor. No cleanliness. Value for money is zero.

Whatever was demanded sir was delivered. Had you conveyed, things would have been done. Soaps are always provided, electric kettle was there. And we always look towards providing best of services. Regarding value for money, during weekends prices are more, rather people even much more sir. It's always better to convey during your stay so that we are there to deliver best of services.
Terrible Stay
They or showing big building of apartment. They don't have any room service. Propery is so dirty. They do not do about cleanliness. Worst place. Location is good only.

We have all the facilities and 24/7 staff available. Property is always maintained if there was any issue then should have been conveyed. We always look forward to deliver best of services possible.
Terrible Stay
The hotel has no basic facilities, they don’t provide tv connections, towels. When we woke up this morning there is no water as well. This hotel really sucks and i would request not to book any rom in this hotel

I understand sir it was a peak time and you must have felt overpriced. Generally prices are lesser. Still we promise to deliver better services in future.
Poor Stay
It is not a hotel. Basically someone has few rooms which are being let out without amenities. Very poor. Very poor service.

familyThis is not a hotel, but more like rent a room masquerading as a hotel. The entire listing is showcased as a hotel, it is not. They have purchase leased few rooms in omaxe city residential complex and they rent them out as a hotel. Even the gps location mentioned in the mm t is incorrect. I dont have a problem with the concept as its just that we needed a place to sleep for a night as it was a short trip, but they should at-least be honest with the listing.

Sir, the entire building is for hotel rooms, and on concept of hotel rooms but since it's a new property couple of things has to be added on
Good location
The location was great. Had a pleasant experience staying with the hotel. Would recommend stay.
