Very dirty 0 hygeine

I have very bad experience,staff is too short that’s why they don’t give us proper service and all’s rooms r not clean nd maintained,I never ever suggest to anyone’s,.acutely this is my first time experience that was so horrible,they charged around 300rs for breakfast but breakfast was luchi,potato sabji,nd eggs.. i request to the owner kindly maintain your property..

Room is ok, in future bookings my preference will be with balcony rooms, good great taste food, tv not working, bathroom specious, room service is very good totally value for money satisfied

very neat and clean 24hrs hot water room are well decorated, but lock was few problem foods was not available that time.

Clean room and staff is very well behaved and polite. They support. The hotel is near to market. Break fast is also nice.

Room was really small and there was no cupboard to keep the stuff and the dressing table was also very small. People who were at the servicing part were really good and helpful. View from the hotel was mesmerizing. Hotel is located in a very good location and it is a 2 min walk from market. Cabs are easily available near the hotel from budha park. By cab it's 5 mins distance to budha park and by walk around 25 mins. Stay was amazing 🤩

The stay was okay. The manager is friendly and always available on call. The food could be better in quality, quantity is really good for heavy eater. Tv wasn't working in both suite and double standard room, geyser problem, light problem and water leakage problem in standard room. Room could be a little more cleaner as the mats and curtains were kinda dirty and also the surrounding of the rooms, bathroom is cleaner than the rooms. Outside view of the hotel is fabulous.

As a lodge, room size is good, fooding quality is not good, servicing is to much poor. Some service boy's are playing with mobile game, not taking any care. After giving order we don't get breakfast.

Look boong is at a walkable distance from buddha park and market. Rooms and bathroom are clean. Room is well ventilated. The staff is cordial and well behaved.

10min walk to bud-ha park. Kanchenjunga is not visible from the hotel. Local taxi stand is 5 min walk. Rooms are very clean, tidy and spacious. Bathrooms are clean and equipped with geyser. The foods are very average and needs improvement. Staffs are well behaved. Overall a good and safe stay. A 3. 5 out of 5

It was pleasure to stay here. The service was very good and staffs were kind and helpful. The safety of place and hygiene were properly maintained. In a nutshell, it is a good hotel to stay there in ravangla and if i would ever plan to come to ravangla, i will prefer this hotel.

Excellent staff, food, stay. Good location. Budget friendly. Homely atmosphere.

Our stay at hotel look bong was average. The hotel lacks wifi and intercom facilities as mentioned in mmt. We didn't get mineral water in the hotel. There were issues with door locks. We could see only 3 staffs were managing the entire hotel. The food quality is good here. I would like to appreciate the staffs specially mr. Subhankar for their good hospitality inspite of the limited resources. The management should increase the man power in the hotel and also add basic facilities like wifi, intercom and mineral water.
