Good Experience overall. Property, location and facilities are good in nature.

No fridge / refrigerator as offered while booking , cleaning was not properly done . Tissue papers not procided for 2 px . Location and other things are good enough

lot of disturbance on night, i could hear sound from other rooms and a boys group from another room was making lot of disturbance and one more room was making noise from moving things which was all night 😐i complained to hotel management they didn't resolve it

Reception is on another building, Hotel is on another building, Difficult to locate house keeping WI-FI connection to next building is very very weak

There ia currwnt in bathroom taps due to geyser broblem. I was about to die. No taiga in restaurant. Harf to identify which is veg and non veg.

Room was odour of urine. Floor tiles were too sticky and wet. Bed spread pillow covers were dirty

Stayed at the habitat part of liwa hotel. Enjoyed staying with family in a room which was equipped and formatted for a long term stay. Well planned compact room with a generous bathroom.

Liwa transit and liwa habitat are at same locationrunning by the same management. But the rooms of habitat is very poor. We checked into habitat and feel pathetic. Even though we booked and paid through. Make my trip for 2 adults and one child the hotel people asked for i00 rupees extra. I called make my trip they helped me in no time and without any additional payment they upgraded me to liwa transit which has very good room. The staffs at the reception are of very harsh behavior. Room service people are very good. Thank u make my trip for the support in need

Completely satisfied with liwa. Clean rooms and good bathroom facilities. Very calm location. And so near to phoenix mall of asia

Service is very bad. Called so much time to get a bottle water. Room service people didnt attend the call.
