My experience in this hotel was very good, it was very clean and the staff was also very good but the service in the restaurant was not good, I had to wait a lot for the food and no one was responding, they gave me roti first, I had to wait for half an hour for it.

My Experience During the Stay: 1. The welcome was rather cold – no welcome drink or even water was offered on arrival. 2. Housekeeping was unresponsive; despite requests, the room was not cleaned promptly. I had to wait nearly three hours before it was attended to. 3. A food order placed through room service was forgotten, and it eventually took almost two hours to be delivered, with no acknowledgment or apology for the delay. 4. At the restaurant, the service was equally disappointing. The staff came across as unwelcoming and inattentive. For instance, an omelette I ordered took 45 minutes to arrive, as it was mistakenly served to another table first. 5. Most concerning was the overall attitude of the staff. There was a consistent lack of warmth or even a simple smile, which made the environment feel uninviting.

. It seems there's a discrepancy between the Comfort Twin Room pictures shown to you and the actual room provided. The issues you've raised are: 1. *Sofa set not available as shown in pictures*: The photos depicted a sofa set, but the actual room doesn't have one. Instead, you're in a smaller room lacking a sofa. 2. *Room size mismatch*: The hotel mentioned a 220 square meter size, but the actual room is much smaller.

The condition of the hotel was very poor. It was having very bad odors. And also not providing water bottles even no cutleries since they don't have any restaurant on the hotel.

Terrible Stay
Very pathetic ! The behavior of the reception staff was unacceptable and communication was very poor. Rude and behavior was like a goonda. I have paid the amount for 2 days in advance (around Rs 6500/-) and the room was extremely small and was like a godown. Again room was badly managed and not even shower gel (liquid soap) provided. Location of the hotel is not suitable for the people who come for business and office work
