My Experience During the Stay:
1. The welcome was rather cold – no welcome drink or even water was offered on arrival.
2. Housekeeping was unresponsive; despite requests, the room was not cleaned promptly. I had to wait nearly three hours before it was attended to.
3. A food order placed through room service was forgotten, and it eventually took almost two hours to be delivered, with no acknowledgment or apology for the delay.
4. At the restaurant, the service was equally disappointing. The staff came across as unwelcoming and inattentive. For instance, an omelette I ordered took 45 minutes to arrive, as it was mistakenly served to another table first.
5. Most concerning was the overall attitude of the staff. There was a consistent lack of warmth or even a simple smile, which made the environment feel uninviting.
