Pros: Good location, Next to Metro station, Easy checkin access, good ventilation, good Geyser hot water access Cons: Bedsheets and windows are not neat. Room is smelly. Bed bugs are there.

Terrible Stay
hotel was present at 6th floor of the builing with no elevator working ... very unhygenic rooms with poor room service .. Water bottle was overpaid

Inconvenient StayDue to Accessibility Issues
My experience at this hotel was quite unpleasant. The property is located on the 6th floor of a building, but this important detail was not mentioned anywhere on MakeMyTrip while booking. On arrival, I found that the elevator was not working, and I had to climb all six floors for three days straight — which was extremely inconvenient for my family. When I contacted the hotel team, they mentioned that elevator maintenance was handled by the building management and not by the hotel itself. Still, such information should have been clearly stated in the listing to avoid Overall, the service was below expectations, and the stay was uncomfortable. I hope the hotel and MakeMyTrip ensure better communication and accuracy in their property details in the future.

Horrible place to stay
Horrible facilities, roof of a five storey building converted to a hotel…so until 5th floor the lifts available, and lifts are always out of order were you have to wait 20 mints to get it fixed. Rooms were too smelly as they done the pesticide recently. Breakfast were supposed to be complimentary but we were charged for the omelet and water bottle provided during the breakfast, and we were not informed this until check out. I would never recommend this to anyone

it's a new setup hence good in condition. it is not fit for old customer as lift is not available up to entry point.

Not Good to Sta
The hotel is not up to the mark and the staff should be taught to behave decent and professional. They don't provide water bottles unless asked. The bathrooms are not clean and toilets are not maintained properly. Room wasn't clean Even though you check in at 9am, they charge you 500 without a GST bill. overall it isn't worth paying the price.

I stayed for 1 day, I really enjoyed this hotel hospitality. Reciptionist is good, service oriented, I booked this hotel through my friend and my requirement was nearby to Lakdikapul location. Room is decent, tidy bathrooms. overall stay was very economical & budget friendly, all food deliveries are accepted.

It was a Wonderful stay @ this Fab PVR comforts for 2 days. Room was very comfort, neat & clean. Location wise also very easy to reach many tourist spots. Metro station is also nearby. So i strongly recommend this Hotel to family members for stay @ Hyderabad 👍👍
