    Worst Stay Ever ! Completely Disappointing Experience

    From the moment I checked in, I wanted to leave. The room that was allocated to me had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Later, we couldn’t even unlock the door properly ! not even the staff could! To make things worse, we heard disturbing noises of a girl screaming from a nearby room, which was extremely uncomfortable as I was travelling with my mother. After requesting a change, I was shifted to two different rooms, but each was worse than the last. The pillows had moss, and the bedsheets were so dirty that I had to ask twice for them to be changed.. even then, they were torn or stained. Imagine staying in such a hotel for two days with your mother . I suffered from allergies and was sneezing constantly for two days and had to consult a doctor later. It was a non-refundable booking, and to top it off, the room didn’t even have basic amenities like drinking water. Absolutely unacceptable experience. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

    One of the worst stays ever. I live out of a suitcase and this was one of the worst and most terrible stays ever. I booked 3 rooms with them . Totally 5 nights . Right from the word get go everything was horrible about this place. Towels were torn . Bedsheets were dirty .. pillows were extremely dirty . It’s not a newly constructed property at all. They dint give us any breakfast though we paid for all the nights. No toiletries are given . Only one soap dispenser you get which you have to use for both shower and any other usage. Disgusting space which looks like a dharamshala. Won’t recommend to anyone.

    Disappointing Stay I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The room was filthy, with stained bed sheets and a washroom that smelled like a public toilet. To make matters worse, I spotted cockroaches roaming behind the bed. The hotel's lack of attention to cleanliness and hygiene is appalling. I was to cancel my reservation immediately after checking in, which was a huge inconvenience. the reception staff in agreed to cancel my reservation and process a refund. However, I'm still waiting to hear regarding the refund. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The management needs to take serious steps to address the cleanliness and hygiene issues.

    Didn't opt for food. Located at the Centre of the city. Roads were under construction. So difficult to travel. Rooms were comparatively smaller than their peers for the same/less price. Basic necessities like towel were not provided. Drainage was slow in the bathroom.
