Very neat & clean rooms, all facilities available, very helpful caretaker.

the house is very near, around 1.5 kms, to arossim beach, which is a clean and beautiful beach. house is well maintained and all the necessary stores like pharmacy and supermarkets are nearby. the house comes with all its quirks and character, as expected from a pre-owned house. but we got a fully functional kitchen which was such a blessing, since we had kids and mom with us. each room has ac and balcony. you need to clearly ask your requirements to the caretaker, and they will be happy to oblige. i will rate my stay here 5 stars. the only thing you should know is that there's no lift here, which might be a problem if you have mobility issues, since the house is on the 2nd floor.

Nice 2 bhk to stay with family. Pros: has all necessary appliances, quiet locality, close to the beach, ample parking space, responsive caretaker, online food delivery available. Cons: may be challenging for senior citizens to climb two flights of stairs, no cupboards to keep/hang ironed clothes.

The overall experience in the appartment was good. The appartment is nicely maintained. We had a comfortable stay.

Its an good experience like our owned home at goa.

2. Good: 1. Fairly neat residence 2. Caretaker is very helpful and just a call away bad: 1. No wardrobe access since they were locked, not even hanger in mbr, all drawers locked since the owner has his stuff 2. Barely any utensils, you need to struggle even to prepare maggi or tea for 4 at once. 4 plastic plates, 4 small tea cups without saucer, 3 small ice cream bowls, 2 fork spoon. No rice cooker. Etc 3. Who puts cctv inside the home! even though we turned it off, it was a very uncomfortable stay with cctv staring at you 4. Tv image in the room is just for show you are not allowed to use it 5. No locker available i didn't want to spoil the holiday mood for the family and hence stayed. We had to keep our clothes almost on the floor, plastic chair
