very old hotel in terms of Building need repair and maintenance. wash room Tap are getting stucked,beds are very old ,bed sheets and towels also need to be replaced and changed

no hot water, it was under repair floor and blankets were very dirty food was also bland can't recommend to anyone

i was staying here for 1 night only staff was very friendly and helpful, Food was okay, room and washroom was cleared but the property is very old

Being a 3 star hotel, they didnt have hot water for taking a bath. Thats the least someone could expect !

Horrible. Pathetic. Haunted house vibes. I will never ever come to this hotel and i strongly suggest people not to book this hotel.

Not recommended this hotel is a disaster. Would never book again and would never recommend this hotel to anyone in future. Here are the details room facilities : average. Lighting is very bad. Bed & bedding qualities are very-old & poor. All furnitures are old and needs replenishment bathroom : super bad. There was stinky smell. Bathroom tap was leaking. Worst of all, there was no water from past midnight. In the morning, the maintenance people had to come 3-4 times in all the rooms to unclog bathroom pipes & get the water flowing. This caused super delay in our day's plan. Pathetic maintenance condition of the hotel food : another poor quality thing. We ordered fish curry and the fish was almost rotten and stale, hardly anyone could eat it. Never ever order food from this place even if someone staying here. Lots of places to order from zomato / swiggy, use that option. The only good thing about the hotel is the location & the service turnaround time was somewhat ok.

Service is not good, no moisturizer, dental kits in room, as compared to room charge facilities are poor

Front desk officer some lady is totally unprofessional. She don't know the basic roles of hospitality . she don't have the sense to deal with guests .

The location is good but the hotel needs renovation. The room tariff is very low so as per room tariff, the hotel is a good stay

Service is superb. Very hygienic foods. But the only thing is foods are too costly compared to the standard. Rooms are good and neat. Spacious rooms.

They rooms are not even 2% of what it is shown in the pic. The bedsheets & cushion covers were dirty and seemed they were not washed since they are being purchased. Rooms were stinking that even the air freshner couldn’t help. Paints from wall completely spoiled. Toilet seats in bad condition. Rustic water came from shower. Tea maker pot was full of dust. A shady hotel which is used for short hours and not for a family. We checked in at 4. 45 pm & checked out at 7. 30 pm same day.

Rooms were in a pathetic state. The linens were very dirty. The bathroom fittings were very old and not working as expected. The breakfast that we had following day had flies hovering over it, and few things were uncovered.

It was the old heritage hotel which became famous as international cricketers used to stay for their matches. Moving on from that era to 2024 it’s still the same and needs renovation and new furniture. The rooms are clean but bad lighting makes it a dull hotel. Food options are very limited but it tasted good. Service was good and very prompt

The hotel is a mere shadow of its past glorious days. Looks like the management/proprietor has lost interest in it.
