Pathetic...worst stay ever booked..no staff ,no room service, no F&B services... no staff to talk about the issues... stay away

The property is more like a banquet arrangement not a resort. The room were smelling and geyser were not working properly. Housekeeping is carried out by guards gardeners etc. Food arrangement were not there. We have to go to nearby restaurants for dinner and lunch, only parantha were available. Surely not value for money.

Nice resort, overall all good time spent staff was good and nice behaviour well educated recommended for travellers

During my stay, there were a group of people who joined and i couldnt sleep whole night due to the extreme noise, games, speaker played by them whole night

Service was ok room was ok.

As mentioned it is a banquet hall and not a proper hotel, so will not recommend. 2/10 for location - very far from ramnagar, i will recommend to book any hotel/resort in central ramnagar. 3/10 for food - restaurant is non operational, they will serve limited food and may not be able to serve during off hours. 4/10 for rooms - rooms have seepage though bedding is fine. Washroom is also fine.

You will need vehicle to travel to ramnagar or near corbett as its a little before ramnagar property is good, swimming pool, table tenis, carrom, pool table and gym although not at well maintained rooms are not well maintained service is not at all good bulb was not fitted in our bathroom, no soaps etc provided and took a while after complaining

The hotel was clean and warm (we visited in december). The hotel was easy to locate, we just took an auto from the railway Station. We didn't order food at the hotel but the hotel staff were very responsive.

Hotel is situated by side of highway road which makes it noisy. People go there to have nature view and enjoy peace but couldn't find it well and it was small also. Pool was very small. Rooms were small. Hotel was clean and food was good but service was very poor it took an hour to get food. Also it was a new year eve they promised DJ and bonfire but was not arranged properly It kept on open space in cold. Fire got extinguished very soon due to cold. Management was very poor. There were only 2-3 people managing whole. Rooms were full of guests but no one took interest to enjoy bonfire and dj due to cold and open space arrangement. Feedback were given to manager, but he didn't agree and in return got into wrong discussion.

Peaceful place, very good stay at reasonable price

Location: Very bad. Located inside mall road hence taxi not allowed inside. We would have to hire a porter (coolie) to carry the luggage and walk few distance to reach the hotel. Staff: Not customer friendly. Hotel room excellent.

Overrall location of hotel was very nice. Interior designing of place was awesome. Rooms were spacious and were very good. But rooms were little suffocated as they were closed from Long time.

It is nice resort to stay. Approx 9 km from Ramnagar. Electricity is a issue here, but resort handles this effectively. Perfect for family.
