Staying at kumar hotels was a wonderful experience for us.

Absolutely disgusting rooms and I even found a rat in the room. No hot water and terrible bedding. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Overall, i had a great experience with the hotel; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect.

Staff repaired bathroom leakages when we check in

It is ok, hotel location it's good but hotel washrooms is bad, service good.

Location was fine. Walking distance to Golden Temple and other hot spots of city. Amenities wise a bit low. Could have been provided basic amenities in room. Old TV. Hot Water available only during day. No breakfast but tea was provided on request in room

Bathroom taps, flush knob were not working properly. Old crt monitor type tv. No Bath towels given, they gave only on demand on 2nd day of stay. 2nd day in morning when we were out for golden temple for sometime, hotel manager allot ed our room to his local customer for using bathroom, when we came back we found it locked from inside. Worst experience that due to mistake of manager, our checked in room was allot ed to other just for taking Bath and using toilet for 2 hr while we were out. Very bad
