location was near to golden temple but room was so not up to standard where people can safely and comfortably stay.room top one side open and covers meshwire ,no privacy bathroom window glass broken one side window open ladies can't bath .Blaket bedsheet was so much dirty,pilow was like torn cloth filled with that pillow,no towel provided,no sweeper was send, those mentioned in property details was totally for rent only nothing was in physical, .Room door was alluminium half broken adjustable locked door.plz don't booked traveller

Old rooms so many mosquitos and room was. Not clean

Hi my name is kapil bajaj i have booked a kohl i niwas amritsar i have facing a issue geyser, wifi, cleaning, food, management ect.

I visited there with my family, i stay there for one night. In facilities, they provide the geyser but not working properly, no hot water was there, bedsheet and pillows were also not in good condition also the dealing was not so good. There was a small boy for managing the property and her language of talking to customers was very bad. So i suggest not to go with this property.

The bathroom is one of the most visited rooms in a hotel and taps are not good work leaking tap didn't bother to notify the staff behaviour is good

Worst experience from staff behaviour to room condition everything was worst. Rooms were in a real bad condition with smelly bedsheets and dirty washrooms. No toiletries were provided. They didn't even gave us water. The taker was so rude and had strange behaviour and was calling us continuously or knocking our doors saying keep your belongings carefully if you leave your room because there can be thieves and he said anyone can enter the place(any random people. Additionally, the corridors were extremely noisy and some random people were in the corridors talking loudly and running till 3 in the morning.

कोहली निवास एक सामान्य गेस्ट हाउस था। कमरे मे केवल पंखे की सुविधा थी जो कि गर्मी के अनुसार पर्याप्त नहीं थी । पेयजल की सुविधा भी नही थी रेट भी ज्यादा थी।

Guy who take care of it doesn’t have sense how to speak with customers. There is no space for parking even this guy also refuse to help us where we need to park our vehicle.

Politely service very familiar room boy very friendly behaviour with us all members very happy his service

Will not go with make my trip in future. Worst experience. Make my trip is totally fraud. Cheating innocent people

I shifted to another hotel because kohl i niwas has no electricity backup after electricity is cut, so we checked out on 18/06/23 at 8am

This place is so dirty there is no facility available and i book this hotel online and i paid it when I visited that place they demanded more money so i paid two times for one room I suggested to everyone please avoid this place🙏when i said to owner of this hotel about that matter they do nothing. so dirty place🤢

It was poor experience of my trip. Bed sheet was dirty. No attendant avaliable at hotel. Fan was unserviceable for 5 hrs.

They didn't even changed the bed sheet. The bathroom is very disastrous and dirty. The blanket even more unhygienic. Even when we told to change they gave another dirty one. The rooms are not at all like the picture. The reception is a full mess. Locating was very hard. When we called after reaching amritsar their was not clear and didn't give proper direction. Never recommended this.
