room was good location was fabulous lot of construction work going around the property hence was not safe for kids and food quality needs to be improved

Terrible rooms. Poorly furnished. Barely working amenities. Access to Jog falls was the only good thing about the property. Food at restaurant was awful. We vacated the space within 2 hours and moved to shivamoga.

Excellent view from the hotel rooms. Perfect for a family stay. Nearby boating as well. Only the food menu is limited but whatever is available it's worth the taste. Very peaceful and decent atmosphere.

Not worth of staying in this place for at least 2 years, because they are under construction. And more than that the rooms are not clean, no water facility, no room service and not hygiene at all.

Room and toilet were very neat and clean. Rooms were exactly the same as per the description and it was a good experience but there are some areas of concerns and improvement. 1. Bulb was fused in dressing area which was not checked and I had to complain in order to fix it and the solution provided was replacing false ceiling light with an normal bulb with holder. 2. ⁠They had other rooms vacant in the same category which offers even better view but still it was not given despite asking. 3. ⁠When asked for complimentary late check out they were not happy with it and pushing it for only 30mins. 4. ⁠Even for complimentary breakfast they have old process of coupon system which guests get to know when they go for breakfast. Either they should provide the coupon while checkin or they should give list of rooms eligible for complimentary breakfast to the restaurant. 5. ⁠one person who sits in office was found drunk which is not acceptable.

Excellent Location with a direct view of all the streams of Jog Falls. Just step out of the room and Jog Falls were right there just one step away. Food choices were limited but quality was very good. Good Wifi connectivity. Lot of Parking space for vehicles. Prompt service from reception as well as Cleaning staff.

Stayed for 1 day. Excellent location, right next to Jog falls view point. We could see the fall from our room window. This property is still under construction and once completed, it will be even more awesome. Room was big and clean.

clean spacious room with changing room and clean spacious bathroom. the accomodation is with in the Job falls campus. I am not sure why some of the reviews said the room was dirty. we stayed in superior delux non AC room and the experience was good. the restaurant serves tasty food as well.

Amazing property with good view of waterfalls, good foot but with less options, fast check-in fast checkout no delays Good parking, but currently some construction is happening and hence a little rusty Clean and spacious bathroom

Pros - Prime location. Any time access to the falls & the best part is you can enjoy the falls with out any crowd disturbance. Courteous staff Con's - Untidy rooms, nothing matching the pictures . Only one restaurant which is not so great

Location is excellent for jog falls and that is the only positive. Room cleanliness and comfort, food quality, ambience is very average if with family. If you want a view of Jog falls from room you have to book the AC rooms.

The plumbing items in the bathroom are in bad condition . AC is having some issues . Food is expensive , service in the restaurant is bad. We literally have to beg them to take the order .Location is good. But it is under renovation .

Just beside the lagoon of Panchganga River. They organise boat ride for the traveller and the tour is Praise worthy. The fish they made was just excellent.

The property is little old one, but the location was at the perfect place. The room was very big and clean. The restaurant was not bad. The facilities they are providing at that remote place is really praise worthy. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

There is construction going all around the place, it was noisy and dirty outside. Room was big but not cleaned properly. Restaurant is not hygienic at all.

The AC room in KSTDC Mayura hotel gives you much more than expected. The Jog Falls are visible right from the room window. There is a small restaurant nearby and the quality of food and service is quite good, although the menu options are limited.

Location: Very Good, it's just in front of Jog Falls, There is lots of construction going on, so if you want a Jog falls view from your room, you should book AC rooms . Food: We have not taken, so wouldn't be able to comment. Bathroom: Bathroom was clean and spacious, with good toiletries. Room: The room was clean enough. Parking: Open Car parking available at the property. Staff: Staff was very cooperative from check in to check out.

Terrible decision to stay at this property … worst condition of the place very dirty rooms are dirty. Toilet dirty no hot water. Room very very dirty. Worse than government hospital
