🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A Hidden Gem in Sagar! I honestly never expected to find such a top-notch hotel in a small town like Sagar. The ambience is elegant yet welcoming — a perfect blend of comfort and class. The staff and service are exceptional — courteous, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The restaurant food truly exceeded expectations — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. A special mention for the hygiene — everything from the rooms to the dining area was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. All of this at such a reasonable price — it's unbelievable! A true gem for travelers looking for quality without breaking the bank. Highly recommended for families, business travelers, and tourists alike.

The bed sheet had blood and other stain which I believe was not a fresh one. TV did not work. The windows had mosquito net blinds which were broken, and due to this mosquitos were in room. Did not like the air freshener fragrance in the room, as it caused headache, I usually prefer fresh air. I also noticed a Rat running through restaurant kitchen concerned with food safety practices. Telephone in room did not work and had to personally visit the reception counter for any service required. Others were good and location is convenient being in the city and ample parking space. I had asked for additional 2 ltrs of water bottle which initially was told to pay, later foregone and guided us on nearby places to visit which is appreciable. Thank you for that.

Good rooms, cleanliness is maintained and good amount of parking facility. Cant comment about the restaurant, as we didn't try it, but it looked decent that we would eat there. Good to go with family :)

good food and friendly staff , inhouse Vegetarian "Sagar" & Non Vegetarian "Ginger" restaurants, overall I had a great experience staying in this hotel.

Super Hotel in sagar Rooms are very clean and nice , breakfast was complimentary Restaurant food Also very taste over all nice place to stay in sagar

Property location amenities are good.Food is average, better try food at near by hotels like Swathi and Pavithra.Service is bad , you need to request to put bath towels , room clean every day , get water etc etc.AC not working in room , this shows there is no basic checks by staff before check in off customers.Also surprisingly they didn’t take Id proof, not sure of security measures. There are not much options of 3 star hotels in this city though. Just look for home stays or take a hotel or dormitory just for keeping luggage or taking nap, the city and surroundings are really beautiful and stunning.

Bathrooms were stinking and AC didn’t work. Service was out pathetic . I would not recommend this place again for family.

I had requested for a early check in which they were not aware but once I told I work for MMT then they arranged a NON AC room which was good after 12 they changed to AC which was tribble as the bathroom was worse water block every were

well and clean maintained,Good infrastructure, sincere & kind Staff . centre place to stay and can visit all near by places .

While the hotel has potential, my recent stay highlighted several areas needing immediate attention. Housekeeping failed to provide basic amenities like bath towels and floor mats, and there were clear signs of pest issues. Response times to service requests were slow. The outer premises, including the parking area, require better maintenance, and waste disposal should be handled more discreetly. With improvements, the hotel could offer a much better experience.

In rules and policies (guest profile) unmarried couples allowed like that displayed..but when I entered to hotel with my girlfriend receptionist asked that whether you both are family...It was so embarrassing to me on that situation...

1.This property location is not located as shown in the map. It is located behind that building to which you don't have enough entry gate. And no one is there to guide you in the entrance like any security guard. 2. After entering also there is no proper person or guidance to park your vehicle. 3. After the check in we observed that the toilet is not cleaned. In our room I don't know who used it previously they don't flush it. How they can provide as it is without the cleaning bathroom and toilet. 4. The entire room is smelly even the bed, bedsheet, pillow and blanket are not washed. 5. Totally it is not maintained properly. Totally use less stay.

It was good in our stay but the price was higher.
