The property location is excellent. The room was ok but needs repair of the bathroom door (bottom portion is broken). The bed was comfortable. Food is average. While booking a room don't go for a complementary breakfast, it's not worth it.

i want give honest feedback not for discount or anything... i love karnataka tourism... i want to support so i giving this feedback... we went there to celerate my daugter 18th year birthday... wonderful location but hotel fecility was very poor. delux room but wall papers came and could not take pics of rooms... renovation all around could felt giing around... canteen fixed menu... could not order good food(i can understand based on crowed)... then think of crowed pooling... makemy trip for this i feel it is costly... i would have booked nearby resort of same with better ambience... thank plz take this feed back possitively...

Budget stay and As the property is inside jog falls has an amazing view especially in semi delux AC and AC rooms ... Neat and clean and Hygenic. Best quality food , just 1 recommendation is to increase staff for restaurant as it's open to general public too and becomes congested if there is a crowd

Perfect location for viewing the Jog Falls. View is available from windows of some of the rooms. Staff is very professional and helpful. Restaurant, though with limited menu, serves good food. Very spacious rooms with ample parking space. Lot of construction happening around, will only make place better in coming days.

5 star for the location as it right next to Jog falls. Waterfall is visible from the window and since we went during rains it has good amount of water. But all the gods things ends here. Property is dirty and not very well maintained. Even the blankets and bed sheets they give are dirty and feel like they have already been used. I think they are coming up new property next to this one that’s why they have stopped maintaining it. If you want to stay then better wait for new property to come up and then go. That will also offer great view of waterfall. Food is ok, nothing worth mentioning.

The stay at KSTDC Mayura at Jog falls was fairly comfortable. The room was spacious and reasonably clean. The location though good right in front of the water falls, the surroundings are terribly bad with massive construction going on, digging all over the place. This would be a great place after the construction is over, which may be 4 years from now

Very badly maintained hotel ! The beauty of the area is spoilt by the bad condition of hotel . Badly planned renovations- instead of renovation in phases - they are doing large scale work - which they can’t handle ! Old metal cupboards are thrown out in deck area meant for viewing jog falls ! Eye sore place ! Service is good
