We had a very positive stay experience at this resort. Barring room assigned on ground floor (they usually don’t assign 1st/2nd floor room to guest booked via mmt or other apps), everything else was fantastic. 1- Room - 5/5: Spacious rooms with big balcony. Washroom, Wardrobe everything was king size. 2- Food- 5/5. Food Quality was exceptional. Only drawback is food management. Everything you order will take 40-45 mins. Morning breakfast are always on shortfall. Have to wait a lot. But the quality of food is super. Be it north/south indian taste(both veg and non-veg), or continental or chinese, the quality can fill-in for the wait time. 3- Service: 5/5- Very courteous, polite and helpful staffs. 4- Property: For kannur, you can call it luxurious property. Easily accessible, most of the tourist spaces are within 10-15 mins drive. Order via Swiggy is reachable till 10 pm. As the name suggests, its themed and well managed along the purity of religious lines. Beach is just four (just 4) steps away from the boundary of property. If visiting Kannur, you can always bank on this resort. A remarkable 5/5 for the Hospitality.

Regarding the room allocation, we sincerely apologize for any disappointment. The first and second floor rooms were already fully booked on your check-in date, and that’s why we could only offer a ground floor room. Please be assured that we value all our guests equally, no matter where the booking is made from.
