Very bad experience. Tv was not working in the room

The food is excellent. Staying in this hotel is very good because all points are nearby. I love seafood so i really enjoyed all types of seafood in this hotel.

Room was ok but there was no hot water, in the room cockroach smell was coming and room has not maintain properly. We had stayed for three days but only for 1 day amenties was given

I had booked this room for my auntie.terrible odour in washrooms.Unclean laundry and chipped walls as well exactly like my room.

Have stayed in this property in the past and hence rebooked .However was extremely poor in terms of condition,cleanliness and service .terrible washroom with chipped washbasin.Walls with fungus due to damp in washrooms.Was wondering why is this place so empty !!!

The owner of the establishment had unfortunately expired on the day we were supposed to check in although we can understand the emergency but it was a lot of hassle for us due to vital services like restaurant not functioning. Also the cleanliness of the room especially the toilet was not up to the mark. Our in room intercom was non functional we did not have access to tv as the sett-op box recharge was not done. Also the evening attendant was drunk so we did not find the experience safe. Will not recommend this to anyone

The hotel is centrally locked. The room was specious & facing city view. I would like to make a few suggestions. 1- the hotel staff were though polite, but not professional, need training. 2 - the linen were torn & not clean, because hand washed inside the hotel. 3 - receptionists do not answer the phone promptly. 4 - any services request is never attended. Such as bed sheet was not changed for 4 days, exhaust fan inside bathroom was not working, not repaired till our check out from the hotel. 5 - director mr. Parulekar was polite & co - operative.

This hotel cancel-led our booking last minute and it was horrible experience for us to book alternate hotel. Don’t recommend such properties. 3

Least bothered management. Only rooms were good, bathroom not that clean. Service also not upto mark. All the time renovation/repair work noises were coming, be it afternoon or midnight. When we complained at 12am in the midnight, firstly they did not bother, then they offered room change at night, but that would have still not helped as the noise was very loud. Then after a quarrel of an hour, the noise stopped. The management is not really bothered of the service and experience they are offering to the customers!

Location is good. Rooms are average and water dipping from the ceiling in bathroom. Overall service is okay

Don't waste your money. Toilet & bathroom dirty. Bedsheets are dirty. The pillow covers were not clean. Only location is good.

The place is being renovated which is a good thing. However there is no elevator, and fittings unfinished in rooms.

Rooms are good but hotel location is at crowded place we have booked for 2days after check-in feel-ed not worth they even doesn't provide complementary water bottles too parking space is little bit crowded
