Property is very shady it'svery dirty and the walls and the bed sheets have fungus the hotel kind of gives shady vibes very bad experience

The room was very small. No dusbin inside the room bedsheet was not clean

No tv on first day. No water on second day. No telephone of contacting reception from room. No hot water. Dirty surrounding. Old bedsheet. Pillow is full of fungus. No cupboard to keep items.

Top worst service in hotel, no cleaness, no proper service, even no any type of sefty in sun n shine hotel in malvan, deluxe room also dirty its very dirty, very bad, poor experience

They charged for single bottle water as well no in room water was provided no preparation for food also late charges were applied even after asking before hand about charges only money minded people no hospitality treatment

Best for couples and staff is very good. Rooms are clean

hotel is located at market place. food is good, malvan jetty, chivala beach ⛱, rock garden is nearby walkable distance from hotel, staff is very co-operative

Poor hygiene, we are not satisfied by the hygiene perspective. Washroom were not clean also the blanket.

room was clean and decent, electric supply was uninterrupted, housekeeping was good, staff was polite and humble. hot water was there one first day but maybe it was solar they haven’t started supply second day early morning. otherwise it was good experience.

The rooms were in average condition. I think there was smell coming out of the blankets, not sure when were those last washed.

No parking area, no kitchen, room is very congested. Hot water available only morning 2 hours.

At the hotel staff was responsive and helped us for all stuff required from market

Room was very untidy. Doors were cracked and was not safe. Bed was making noise and mattress spring were poking. We had booked for 4 days but we checked out within one day only. Not recommended. Hotel needs 360 degree makeover. Photos shown are very different than actual rooms.

I enjoyed my stay at your hotel. Were very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding places to visit in near by places. All places are near by hotel.
