Madam u have booked from mmt EP plan and every one knows that EP plan means stay only. But u threat our staff mr fadvanis that we what free food lunch, dinner and breakfast. Our staff clearly show there voucher its ep plan not AP plan both husband and wife was arrogant. We Dnt didnt accept there and will never fall for it. We provide good service and food but in ep plan u have to buy food no freebie👊. In our hotel check out in clearly mentioned 11 am but but there did check out at 3 pm. 4 hours late and that for free. Couple want free food.

Poor hygiene, we are not satisfied by the hygiene perspective. Washroom were not clean also the blanket.

room was clean and decent, electric supply was uninterrupted, housekeeping was good, staff was polite and humble. hot water was there one first day but maybe it was solar they haven’t started supply second day early morning. otherwise it was good experience.

Room was very untidy. Doors were cracked and was not safe. Bed was making noise and mattress spring were poking. We had booked for 4 days but we checked out within one day only. Not recommended. Hotel needs 360 degree makeover. Photos shown are very different than actual rooms.

Madam, we provided u hot breakfast at the time and same poor breakfast u wrote u have taken it twice. Secondly, our rooms are clean on a daily basis and we provided u clean and neat room with decent service and ur issue was u wanted to extend the room for 3 hours without any cost. Which was not permitted by us as we had booking and guests were waiting. Write real reviews and real issues.
