    I had a terrible experience staying at Hotel Konark Grand. Despite charging premium rates, their service, food, and rooms are no better than a one-star hotel. Service: Extremely poor and unprofessional. Staff seemed uninterested and completely lacked basic hospitality skills. Food: Substandard and overpriced. Not at all worth the money. Rooms: Very poorly maintained, with cleanliness being a major issue. Facilities were far below what they promise on their website. Overall, this hotel is highly disappointing and not worth the price they demand. Would strongly advise others to avoid staying here — there are far better options in the same price range.

    Horrible stay at so called three star hotel. Please don’t spoil holiday

    We had booked five rooms for my son head shaving ceremony. In three rooms AC has a problem with water leaking the mid of night we were stranded in reception and hotel management were not allotting alternate rooms. After multiple escalation they allotted room. There staff are really rude particularly the restaurant and their in house service was really pathetic and they served food which was stale and Nilu cousin had stomach upset because of the food. They never missed any chance to overcharged, be it mineral water bottle to wrongly adding food item to hotel bill. They had made our whole stay horrible and unpleasant. Clear mindset of monopoly with very autocratic behaviour and top of it they claim to be three star hotel. MMT should reprimand these type of hotel. I would rate this hotel as one of worst stay in last 12 years of association with MMT. Please note- for all the above I don’t have any pictures to upload.

    Terrible Experience at Konark Grand Hotel, Mirzapur I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We booked a Suite Room , but what we got was an old, outdated room that was nowhere near a suite. The room was smelly, dirty, and poorly maintained—the bed and bathroom were filthy, and the room phone was broken. Service was pathetic! There was no proper room service, and we had to go downstairs to the reception or restaurant just to place an order. Even worse, we had to carry our own luggage downstairs as no staff was available to help. Overall, this was a horrible stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away!

    I recently attended my cousin’s wedding at this hotel, and we stayed there for the duration of the event. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect, from housekeeping to the front desk and management. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. A special mention goes to mr. Chaturvedi, who was the highlight of our stay. He was constantly helping and making everyone feel at ease, truly going the extra mile to make us comfortable. Food: the food was exceptional. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu featuring both local and international cuisine. Breakfast was a particular highlight, with a wide variety of options including fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. The quality and presentation of the food were top-notch, and the service was prompt and friendly. At the wedding, we especially loved the banaras dum aloo, soups, and carrot halwa. Services: the service was outstanding throughout our stay. The staff were attentive, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable experience. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was professional and friendly. The concierge was particularly helpful in providing recommendations and arranging transportation. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and i would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
