location was good, amenities was cleaned but room phone not working, washroom bucket dirty but service was good. hotel staff was polite and supportive.

Everything was good, it was neat and clean. Only improvement they can have is by installing the lift and it would be perfect. Rooms on 2nd floor without lift was bit tiring and difficult for aged people

Nothing went good expect food owner was good person staff was totally untrainded ac not working gyeser not working they have only 1 ac remote in whole hotel that too not working room was full of insects i was charged 5500 approx bcoz of kumbh mela , not at all worth it food was the best part nothing else was good, but i was still thankfull that i got the place to stay at chkout they provided me discount for ac , gyser n what evr inconvinence i faced, staff was good, need training

Normal hotel with limited facilities. Kitchen is good and food service is good. Lift is not installed yet.
