Room was very bad not comfortable

Hotel management has refused my booking in make my trip

Very dirty room and room service is also very bad. I suggest no body come to this hotel

Confer-table and so near to vindhyavasini temple and also ganga.

The rooms were in dirty condition. Stairs are so steep hard to step on. Ground floor rooms were without attached was rooms.

They were not even picking the phone.

It has average room. Cost is high when compared to facilities. Hotel is very near to the temple. And also very near to the vindhyanchal railway station. Behind hotel ganga river site can be seen. On an average it is good

Location wise good hotel for those visiting for temple ... It's between River Ganga and Vindhyavashini temple ... No hot water, no room service, no telephone, no food service inside room .. For everything you have to go on main street

We were late and when we reached here, hotel staff denied us entry even we had already paid full amount, there behavior was extremely rude, it was appearing that they have given place to someone else. Anyhow it was morning time and we requested at least let us use bathroom only but they were not even ready for that. These people are neither professionals nor human. Now about hotel... This is below standard hotel by any measure... Its look pathetic and I can imagine that on the parameters of room and cleaning and service they must be pathetic again. I can say they are most high priced hotel in world. Entire experience was a torture for me and my family. Please never go to this hotel.

You can stay if only you want to have brief stint in the area. Best part is proximity to the time and Ganges. Apart from that only deluxe AC Room is worth staying. That too looks overpriced. But as it can easily accommodate 5 people it becomes value for money.

I recomend this hotel to travellers because it was very clean, hospitality was very good. Hotel owner was very co-operative, but rest other overall services were average. Only if you want to stay in Vindhyanchal this is only option to stay there.

Actual rooms are really not up to the mark. Prices are also inflated online. Expected the place to be clean but it was very untidy with stained bedsheets & very small rooms, smaller toilets. Dharmshala s are better and cheaper than then. Will get very congested if in groups and the owners can change the rules ( and their words whenever they want. Found 4-5 better places in the same location better than this place. Best to avoid if your looking for a memorable trip.
