Konark Grand Hotel

I recently attended my cousin’s wedding at this Konark Grand Hotel, and we stayed there for the duration of the event. The Konark Grand Hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect, from housekeeping to the front desk and management. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. A special mention goes to mr. Chaturvedi, who was the highlight of our stay. He was constantly helping and making everyone feel at ease, truly going the extra mile to make us comfortable. Food: the food was exceptional. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu featuring both local and international cuisine. Breakfast was a particular highlight, with a wide variety of options including fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. The quality and presentation of the food were top-notch, and the service was prompt and friendly. At the wedding, we especially loved the banaras dum aloo, soups, and carrot halwa. Services: the service was outstanding throughout our stay. The staff were attentive, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable experience. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was professional and friendly. The concierge was particularly helpful in providing recommendations and arranging transportation. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and i would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The whole stay was very comfortable and food was so tasty . We had Lunch , dinner and brunch in their restaurant and every meal was very satisfying . I will definitely recommend this Konark Grand Hotel .

Rooms are 1 feet down from room door entry which is ackward. Food quality not good and service is too slow. Thank you for giving mr extra check out time.
